Firstly, if I could give this shop six stars I would. The level of transparency, professionalism, and honesty, that I received in doing a pre-purchase inspection through them completely blew my mind. While attempting to purchase a vehicle remotely I was referred to this shop and despite complications caused by the dealer, Patrick & team took excellent care of my needs and were beyond flexible in a accommodating missed appointmens when they didn't have to be. It's a rarity to find a shop that actually over-communicates and maticulously walks through every portion of the vehicle with you. I strongly recommend anyone in the area to use them.

Our son highly recommend Definitive to us for many reasons, he's a big car enthusiast... So I brought my wife's BMW yesterday for service and I have to tell you what a great experience!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. Had an opportunity to get a tour through the whole facility, seen some very impressive things/projects they were working on. Can't say enough about them.

First time at the shop and it was a great experience. I brought my Volvo in for a lean code and they communicated the whole way through the process. They let me know very quickly what the issue was and gave me their recommendations to fix the problem. The work was done in a day and the car performs great. TLDR: We were stranded on the Ohio Turnpike driving from Delaware over Thanksgiving. They were amazing. Thank you Kyle & Patrick. ------------ Wednesday before Thanksgiving around 5pm our van broke down on the Ohio turnpike about 3 miles from the exit due to a coolant leak. USAA directed us to highway patrol and we were able to get a tow. While we waited we called garages nearby hoping they'd be open. They were honest that they serviced high performance foreign cars and a 2017 Sienna could be serviced elsewhere for less, but they would be happy to stick around and wait until we arrived and set expectations of what a coolant leak repair could be depending on the issue. They were kind and understanding. We had been on the road six hours from Delaware at that point with a 7 yo and 4yo. They let us use the facilities, offered the TV and couch in their warm building, let my youngest play with a little car had on the counter and assisted us searching for a rental car from the airport. They quoted us via text on Friday, we paid via their link and had no trouble picking up our vehicle on the way home Saturday. We noticed that they popped in our fender where the tabs has come undone with no charge. And advised us that our rear brake pads needed maintenance, but we had enough left to get us home safely. Kyle and Parick helped us tremendously. They were professional, kind, and went above and beyond.

This place was awesome from start to finish. They communicated great with us about everything and completed a job for my Audi A6 that no other mechanic around would do. Will definitely recommend to friends and will be coming back for any further needs.

I had a bunch of upgraded parts for my VW Golf R, and due to some serious injuries, I'm unable to do the work myself. The guys at ECS tuning sent me here and I'm glad they did. The work was all completed in a professional manor, and the cost for installation was fair. Everything regarding my experience here was top notch, and I'll be using them again moving forward.
