If I didn't need an outfit last minute I would NOT have spent my $ in this store. There were two young ladies and a guy at the counter when I walked in. Looked me straight in my face and didn't say a word. When I checked out the young lady acted like she didn't want to be bothered. HORRIBLE customer service. I will NOT spend my $ here again.

Clean, organized, wide variety of boots available. Staff checked on us every once in a while but let us be for the most part, which was appreciated. Checkout was easy. The fitting room did have a smell to it but aside from that, I would come back to shop.

Very extensive selection of western-style wear. They have boots, jeans, shirts and accessories for work, casual and formal occasions. Great selection of cowboy hats & belt buckles as well, they have different materials, colors and sizes for everyone. They have a kids section too with cute little boots, clothes and cowboy hats for kids. It was a pretty slow day on Sunday afternoon (a day before Memorial Day), staff left us alone to shop for the most part. Fitting rooms are clean and cleared of clothes before you step in. Cashier who checked us out looked bored, uninterested and just wanted us to be on our way; made it seem like we were bothering her by checking out- subtracting 2 stars for unfriendly cashier with the attitude.

Went to this store to buy a new pair of boots. Younger guy walking around was very helpful. However, all the people at the checkout counter ignored me and my wife, as we stood there for some time, then when we were finally acknowledged, the people were not very friendly or nice. Great selection, great location, poor training of employees. Will not shop here again.

I have been in this store many times over the years, and the service is gradually getting worse. I went in to buy a new hat a couple months ago. The shaper wasn't in and no one knew when he would be back, so ordered online. Today I went to look at buckles, which are located at the front counter. The girls behind the counter looked right at me- made eye contact, but were too busy talking about how late they stayed up and their boyfriends texts to greet me and sell me a buckle. I guess I will order it online too. Apparently they don't want to sell anything.

Three people working the check out, had a hard time getting help, all they wanted to do was visit. Bought a pair of Dan Post boots , but they didn't have a box to put them in????

Good selection. Friendly staff, if you can find one
