We purchased our washer/dryer from here in September and our kitchen appliances in November. Both times the sales people were very helpful and the deliveries were on time. We love the new appliances and will definitely come back here for future purchases. Make sure to ask about the rebates as that has gotten us hundreds back in prepaid gift cards.

I’ve always had great experiences with Grand. They have been honest and forthright regarding brands, availability, and lowest prices. Their delivery crews are on time and very thorough regarding setting up and installation. Many years of doing business the right way in a field where uncertainty is almost expected.

There is a good selection of appliances from the budget conscious to the more lavish. The appliances are simply beautiful and it was so difficult to choose. The sales staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. My sales associate, Mike Botzenhart, wrote up my estimate and when I returned to purchase, another associate, Eric Novotny, finalized the estimate, which was good for 7 days, set up a delivery date and then spent a lot of time helping me through a financing application. I really appreciated the time Eric took with me. Now, I look forward to my delivery! UPDATE 1/10/23: The delivery went so well. I was given a window of time, but I received a link to follow the progress and updated time estimates. I didn't find out if my driver, Adrian, was the installer as well. The installer was very friendly and professional. He hauled the old refrigerator out and brought the new one in, hooked up the water line and patiently explained what to do. He also pointed out certain main features of the refrigerator. I am very satisfied!

Customer service is terrible. I purchased a microwave and a dishwasher from them both needed service. I called and left a message which said they would return my call. It took over a week. No callback. So I went into the store and talked to a man at the desk who said I would need to deal with the warranty company, and he proceeded to give me a phone number, which is the wrong phone number. I called the store again nobody answers. Now I have to make another trip back to the store. When I told the man behind the desk that I had called four times and left two messages, he said he hasn’t answered the phone in four days he only deals with the people in front of him.

Never purchased from Grand before. Found on-line information to be complete - pricing, rebate, product specs excellent. Called Bill on a busy Saturday afternoon with questions about delivery, inventory, rebate-hung up and discussed with wife- called Bill to process purchase- he responded within 90 minutes and the deal was made. Very satisfied with the response, price and delivery schedule- a good experience!
