Had a great time at the summer event today. Good food, good music, good vibes. Skarlett was helpful with passing out drink vouchers. Kathleen was on top of making sure everyone had what they needed. Looking forward to next years event.

I recently concluded an eight-month stay at Angeline, with my original lease ending on 9/17. Unfortunately, I have to regretfully submit a review regarding my frustrations with Angeline's poor management which resulted in me having to extend my lease. On my move-out date, I was blindsided by the news that my lease had been extended to 9/30 because I hadn't provided a 20-day notice as stated in the contract, even though it has been written in the contract that my lease would end on 9/17. Being a non-local resident and an international worker, I have a hard time adjusting to different state-wide apartment renting rules and would have greatly appreciated any reminder prior to 20 days before my last leasing date, which I have not received and was only informed of it on my move-out date. Given that I have not given any response at all to all inquiries regarding a lease renewal, it would be unfair for leasing to assume that I would end up renewing my lease regardless. I have enjoyed staying at Angeline during my time there and I wish I could have left a better review if it wasn't for poor management.

Santa and the maintenance crew are amazing and we're so thankful they are at the Angeline. The turnaround time from submitting a maintenance request to the maintenance team's arrival is always fast (within a day) which brings us peace of mind. Santa is knowledgeable and kind and we truly appreciate all he does for our community here.

I called Angeline my home for 3 years, we got a house and moved out but If we need to go back to the apartment life in some point I would for sure go back to Angeline. The property was at all times well maintained and if anything needed some repair, the communication in between the office and maintenance team was great so stuff were done quick. The leasing office and the manager were/are great. They were/are always making sure we all were taken care of and that our community was/is unique and connected. Even for my birthday I received a card and a balloon and I witnessed that they did for all my other neighbors. Also, the events almost every month great awesome, fun and well organized and the best we were able to connected with our neighbors!! Then you have the store just downstairs, you love to read, guess what, the library is next door, you don’t want to cook, well many restaurants just around the block, or you want to walk and enjoy outside, how about the park right outside and in summer the street market. Movies just in front of the building… you have it all in this community. This would be always my favorite place and I will always recommend it. Angeline Team, thank you for everything!

Our building would not be the same without Adriana and Santa. Adriana quietly makes our building shine as wonderfully as her smile. And Santa, from the time in 2018 when he helped me when I broke my shoulder to today when he makes our stubborn appliances work. He is a gem.

Absolutely loved meeting Skarlett. She went above and beyond our other leasing agents. Also had a very patient attitude that would ensure a dream home!

I have nothing but good things to say about Angeline Apartments, and the incredible staff there. This community was an extremely beautiful, well kept and peaceful community. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. Kathleen specifically was so thorough, and patient as she answered my million and one questions. It could not be better located and was nestled nicely amongst a bevy of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools.

I had the good fortune of living at Angeline for two years. They have, by far, the most professional staff and most serene environment of any place I've ever rented from. Very grateful to Eric, Kurt, and everyone else for helping me feel at home!
