Just had an opportunity to take a Floriani Motifs class with Bernie Bonn in the Lake Oswego store. What a game changer! Who knew our embroidery machines could learn so many new tricks? Bernie is an excellent teacher! There are teachers, and then there are people who are employed in the teaching profession. Bernie is the real deal - no student was left behind! I must admit, I have not been diligent in learning the software so I didn't even know where/what some of the icons were - but I did when I left the class with a completed project. Thank you Bernie, for an excellent class. You rock!!! You have rekindled my desire to see what else we can do with our machines.<3

I recently purchased an embroidery machine at Montavilla in Lake Oswego. The associate who helped me, Irina, was very helpful and knowledgeable. New to the world of embroidery she helped me find the right machine to meet my needs. I plan to take advantage of the many support services they offer to help me get familiar with my new machine. I really enjoy shopping at Lake Oswego Montavilla. They are friendly and helpful in helping me find the sewing supplies I need especially when I broke my leg and was’t getting around well. Not only do they have nice sewing/embroidery machines, but a lot of beautiful fabrics. I highly recommend them.

Took my Janome in for routine check-up. Techs were friendly and my machine is now humming nicely. A bit pricey, and parking is a challenge, particularly when lugging a heavy machine down the block in the rain, but the 2-week turn-around helped off-set these negatives.

Montavilla Lake Oswego has fantastic employees and always willing to help and guide you. The tall gentleman with the fantastic long coat (sorry can’t remember his name) is the best and always there for a question regardless of what he is currently doing. And the manager Karyn always sets the tone of the place and people are happy to be working. Thanks for having customer service that matters.
