Our hot tub stopped working and we thought we were going to have to get rid of it and buy a new one. Instead of pushing a new one on us just to make a sale, Luke repaired ours and now it's working great. He also taught us the proper way to care for it, we had no idea that we weren't using the right chemicals. He's very knowledgable, honest and friendly. I highly recommend working with him.

We are so blessed to have this company in our area! After numerous, short-term successes fixing the hot tub myself, I'd finally had it and called Rogue Pool. Luke diagnosed it and showed me the inside of the control box was literally fried. I agreed to his estimate, he ordered the part and squeezed the install in... in time for my daughter's birthday tub party... the last job of the day before Thanksgiving. Luke came out to work on our hot tub after we developed a slow leak from our heater. He gave us a solid quote to replace it as well as replacing a few other parts. In addition to the repairs, he helped educate us on the importance of hot tub maintenance and how that will increase the lifetime of the equipment.
