I’m giving 3 stars because my wife got excellent service in what she needed, but me on the other hand I was kind of annoyed that I was put in a men’s sized shoe that was WAY bigger then my foot and I felt like I wasn’t being heard or acknowledged when I asked if my foot looked funny or why they don’t look right with my feet and was constantly told that the men’s would be better then women’s for me, mind you I am a women’s 10 wide and was constantly brought out a men’s 10/10.5 wide which in a women’s size is a 12!!!! I looked like I had clown shoes as the associate (after being ask many time if they looked right) continued to push the shoe on me. I NEVER ASKED to be brought men’s shoe and when I asked for a women’s pair I was continuously denied and keep being told the men’s pairs (THAT I COULDN’T FIT) were the right shoes for me knowing that the top of my toe doesn’t even hit where the black and grey meet at the top of the shoe the rest was just space. I’m thankful she helped my wife but I was ready to buy multiple pairs of running shoes but after that experience I’m not sure if I want to even go back to spend the money.

My wife and I visited the Tradehome shoe store in Lawton's Central Mall yesterday for the first time. My wife was looking for a pair of sandals and both Colton and Schuyler were Extremely!!! helpful. Just like the shoe stores of days gone by, they brought out the device to properly and accurately measure her feet and they were both patient and very helpful as she tried on several pairs of sandals. Never once were we made to feel rushed or that we were an inconvenience. Not only did we leave with an excellent pair of great fitting sandals, we left feeling satisfied about our purchase and our experience and will definitely shop there again. Colton and Schuyler both exemplified the epitome of excellent customer service and professionalism. Take the time to stop by this store and see how friendly these gentlemen are!

First time I have been in this store but it definitely won't be the last. The staff went above and beyond to meet our needs ( thanks so much Malik ) This is a full service shoe store with a knowledgeable staff. Very impressive. First time my wife and I have tried Hoka as a brand but glad we did. We bought 6 pair of shoes because finding shoes for me has been such a problem until now... customers for life.

We bought several pairs of shoes in June while visiting Lawton from out of town. My husband wore one pair of shoes - ON running shoes - one time, and noticed stones and gooey stuff got stuck in the treads of one shoe. We put them in a bag, flew back home, and a couple weeks later when he was trying to clean the shoe, realized the gooey stuff was coming from the shoe itself - some type of rubber cement. These were good quality shoes, although we’ve never seen this before on ANY shoe. I called Colton, the Manager about the problem. He even remembered us! I shipped the shoes back to him. He inspected them, saw the issue, and arranged to have a replacement pair shipped to us. Colton was fantastic - understood it was clearly something wrong with the shoe (even though being in the shoe business, this was new for him too). We appreciated the excellent customer service - not only with handling the exchange, but while we were there in Lawton making the purchases. Colton and his associate were very personable and helpful. Highly recommend this store!

My new favorite shoe store; I've been there twice and had great customer service from two different sales people. They will size your foot correctly for you and bring out multiple shoe models so that you leave with the best fit you can find. They carry the best brands for foot health, to include Hoka, Merrell, Brooks, Altra and ON. Highly recommend.

A huge thank you to Allison for helping my mom look for some shoes. She was so kind and patient with her. My mom hates shopping for shoes, but we convinced her to go try on some Hoka's. After going through two different sizes, plus trying on inserts for the shoes, she decided against purchasing any today. We appreciate the time she took with her and her kindness. My mom now knows where the store is and will hopefully be back one day.

Josh in the mall at Lawton was awesome! He stayed at it hard until he found the right shoes for me with my bad feet; my husband and I will definitely be back. Lawton Tradehome Shoes over Wichita Falls any day for customer service.

Everytime I go into your store Colton and Malik are the ones who always help me. They are amazing and always helpful! As soon as I walk in I’m always greeted right away and asked what can they do I for me. They have the best deals too you get money that adds up that save you so much money. I go in there so much and always get a deal. Bought 2 pairs of shoes and a bundle of socks and didn’t even pay a full price for 1 pair of shoes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!
