What a great church! There are 2, 9:00am services; a traditional one in the sanctuary and another in a Multi-purpose room with a contemporary band (and another 10:40 serivce). There are so many things to do! There is a fantastic new building just for the kids and youth. They have great junior high and high school youth groups. They do some really cool things together. There are lots of families and welcoming, nice, happy people there. You should come check it out & see for yourself!

My church for my entire adult life. I recently started attending regularly again after 10 year break ( worked sundays). Staff and volunteers are friendly. Two Sunday services are offered 9am (Traditional Worship Style) or 1030am (Contemporary Worship). Lots of ways to get connected, including small group Bible studies, kids clubs, and special events. Campus is wheelchair accessible and has ample parking.

Great family congregation. Service at 9 am in the Sanctuary. Beautiful pipe organ. Fascinating bible study & coffee in the Family center. Special time with brother Casey.

I had attended for 20+ years. A lot of the teaching was great. However, this is not the most welcoming place for middle-aged to senior single women. The church has many cliques and a single woman is eyed warily. I only felt genuinely welcomed there by one couple. I have since moved on to a Unitarian Universalist congregation in Sac, and honestly it's a breath of fresh welcoming air.

I love Fair Oaks Presbyterian Church and I started going there when I was 6 years old. Eugene Nelson was the minister that started that congregation there and had the church built of course over the years it has expanded. Eugene Nelson baptized me there after I got back from Vietnam. He also was the minister at my father's funeral at Mount Vernon Cemetery in Fair Oaks California. It was his voice that came in loud and clear to me when I was in Vietnam and there was much happening that particular day and night. In his sermons he would say if ever you're in need or in trouble all you have to do is call upon the name of Jesus and he will be there. And yes it is true Jesus is there and he was there for me. He is always there interceding for me and for you as well.

'20/2 first review, but over 40 years have attended events here: -- If you're looking for a mega-church, look no further. This huge, sprawling campus, ample parking, and large congregation (classic and contemporary service venues hold ~1,600) fits the bill (see pix posted). Definitely something for everyone here! -- Solid pastoral leadership (until recently, 25 years with Henry Wells lead, RIP 1-1-'20, beautiful memorial 2-1-'20, see pix posted) -- Large kids program including big, fenced outdoor playground/structures. -- Massive pipe organ and choir in main sanctuary with traditional, old-school bench seat pews where "classic" worship services are held (see pic posted). -- Baby changing station in each single-sex bathroom in main sanctuary building. -- Elevator to get from upper level parking to lower level buildings (see pic posted). -- The contemporary (electronic music & drums) service is held in the large Family Life Center building (large multipurpose room with raised stage and chair seating; see pix posted).

This is a real bible believing church and pastor Rick is phenomenal. The church atmosphere is very welcoming and awesome. If you're looking for a home church or are in the area for a while, this is the church to be at.

This family of believers are real, normal people, empowered by the amazing God who ments our broken lives and includes us in His mission to reconcile His World to Himself. Community outreach and missions are a focus in all activities. I consider this group my Home and my family.
