    Very friendly people and knowledgeable. One suggestion we made is to be up front with all the potential costs of buying the stove, purchasing stove pipes and other necessities, and estimated cost to install the stove with the partner Cozy cabin works with to install stoves. Found this estimated cost to be outrageous for a simple installation ( As much as the gas stove). In all fairness to Cozy Cabin different company but a close partner. The manager of Cozy cabin understood our concerns and stated they would be more forthcoming to customers of all potential direct and indirect costs. Nice job on that!

    After asking multiple Napoleon Fireplace dealers in Utah for help replacing the firebox bricks in my Napolean High County NZ6000 fireplace...with no reply or follow-up from any of them...I reached Tessa at Cozy Cabin in upstate New York. In minutes she had me looking at a diagram of my fireplace, confirmed the parts I needed, quoted me the price for parts and shipping, and completed the transaction. Super knowledgeable and helpful! Here's to you Tessa and Cozy Cabin! It's good to be back in front of the fire...

    We were in need of replacement parts for our Vermont Casting Fireplace. Cozy Cabin provided excellent service and answered my questions. The order was fulfilled and delivered within a couple of days. When the order was delivered, I had several questions about the replacement parts and a phone call to Jordan R fixed my issues. Jordan helped me to understand the configuration and provided pictures to assist. Jordan was wonderful to work with! Thank you Jordan and Cozy Cabin!

    I talked to Sheri about a replacement part for my 1999 Lennox fireplace. After talking to almost every parts provider for my antique fireplace, and being told that it was a special order part and would take up to a year to get it, I was ready to give up and replace it. Thanks to Sheri's knowledge and checking for me, she found the part I needed and was able to ship it to me right away. I am so thankful to her for finding this part and sending it to me so quickly! We should have it here and able to use our fireplace for Christmas. Great job Sheri! and thanks again.

    I needed to cancel a backordered item and Chelsea took care of it right away after I emailed. I also needed a part that was not shown in the Equinox diagram and Sherry helped me on the phone and tracked down the part promptly. Great experience with customer service at Cozy Cabin. Fred

    Tessa helped me find parts for my Vermont Castings stove after I was told by our local fireplace expert that the parts were no longer available. It took her about two minutes to locate the necessary parts; she did a deep dive on one of them and a half hour later had the order all set up and ready for shipping. She was efficient and very well informed. I highly recommend Cozy Cabin for such superb service.

    I had the privilege of walking into the Cozy Cabin with my mother to assist her in finding a new stove. We were greeted by Joseph who in turn covered all of the specs and styles which were in the requirements we asked for. I felt he helped my mother decide on the right stove and not a marketing plan. I really appreciate the genuine understanding he did through listening to mom and making her feel accommodated. Outstanding service, products, and we both highly recommend Cozy Cabin. Thank you-
