The history of Prescott is well-preserved with pride. Prescott has many unique “finds” that make it a special place. My wife and I discovered one of those “finds” in a shop in the downtown area while walking around. We found it nestled a shop across from the courthouse. The place is called “Olive U Naturally,” offering dozens of flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars, at 120 W. Gurley St., Prescott, AZ 86301. As a retired chef, I frequently make use of infused olive oil. The oils they offer are generally not suitable for cooking. These are excellent “finishing” oils used for flavoring at the end of cooking, for dressings, cool sauces, etc., nothing requiring high heat. Their oils are blends from award-winning oils imported from around the world and from California. I’ve frequented oiler purveyors throughout the U.S. But what made this shop special are three women that provided excellent customer service and extensive product knowledge (only two of the three pictured here). They showed an excitement about their product and a willingness to sample their products. They are proud of their top selling flavored olive oil, the Tuscan oil. This is a delightful and robust savory oil flavored with garlic, herbs, and sun-dried tomato. It’s an absolute winner. They also sell flavored balsamic vinegars, and their signature 18-year balsamic vinegar, which is wonderful, especially when combined with the Tuscan oil. When they sampled me the decadent combination of these two, the 18-year balsamic and the Tuscan, the hook was “set.” I bought a bottle of each. This combination is the perfect dipping sauce for crusty bread when combined with parmesan cheese. I also tried the fig balsamic vinegar. It was delicious, but I prefer one a bit more viscous balsamic when it’s flavored, as I often pour it over vanilla ice cream. Yes, as weird as it sounds, try it. It’s an amazing combo. Yet, the fig balsamic is still quite tasty. If you’ve never tried tasting flavored olive oils, make this your first experience. These wonderful women will make the experience a positive and educational experience. They’ll also brighten your day. I will return and be a repeat customer! Awesome customer service!

The staff was very informative and friendly...and let me sample various combinations...finally I got the yummy green chili Olive oil and green apple balsamic vinegar...

Love this place. Lots of great olive oils and vinegars to taste. The staff is very knowledgeable and has suggestions for every single one. I always leave with something different.

We first discovered these oils as a gift from a friend. The flavor of the aged balsamic is fantastic! We also loved the Tuscan olive oil. When we ran out and ordered more (we live out of state), they arrived quickly but one bottle was damaged. Olive U naturally customer service was outstanding- they replaced the damaged bottle and sent it priority so we did not have to wait long. We love the flavor of the blood-Orange infused Olive oil!

I have never liked balsamic vinegars. To vinegary and there was always an artificial after taste. But I had an opportunity to try their strawberry balsamic vinegar and I'm in love. Ordered 2 bottles and will continue to order more. The shipping from Arizona to California is kinda pricey but it is worth every penny for the flavor.

If you've never been here it's a must stop! Their pomegranate balsamic vinegar on salads is the best!! I'm hooked on all their products. It will change how you cook and eat!

I'm a huge fan! The best olive oils I've ever tasted. There are so many flavor options and they work so well together. The staff and owner are so friendly and helpful. It's a great place to enjoy samples, plan your next meal and buy some great oils!
