We moved into town and have tried other dentists and I wasn’t loving our experiences, so I called Montoya Family Dental (in a slight emergency situation) and they were able to get my son in the next day. I am so thankful that we called, the whole staff was wonderful! Dr. Jen took time to listen and answer my questions and to explain everything that needed to be done. I felt comfortable and really taken care of and that means a whole lot. Very happy to find a place for my entire family to go.

Very pleased with my first visit! The entire staff from the front office to the dentist are extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Kang made a very thorough exam and explained everything in an easily understood dialogue. Very happy I found this office.

This office is professional, organized, thorough and friendly. The pictures they took of my teeth we're even more revealing than the X-Rays. After my initial visit I discovered that they're not in the Delta Dental network (more and more dentists are dropping Delta Dental coverage) so I looked, and was able to find a dentist in Atascadero that is a Delta Dental provider, and switched over to them. I still give these guys a big thumbs up.

Dr Jenn, Edward Montoya and staff are experts in their field. They care about the particulars, are thorough and kind. We’ve been patients since they started their practice and appreciate how they work with our insurance carriers and dental priorities.

I've gone to this dentist office to get a lot of work done on my teeth. I am satisfied and have recommended it to my friends and family. The front staff is welcoming and their office is very clean. The only complaint I have is the unprofessionalism one of the hygienist. I've known her in the past to be a rude judgmental person. Of course nothing had changed about her and she's the same person. She asked me regular small talk questions, ones that should have ended with a "good job" or "good for you". Instead she decided to add her own snarky judgmental input, that made me uncomfortable. It sadden me because I look forward to coming to this incredible office, but that trip lowered my expectations. I'm using my burner account to write this review because I don't want to be isolated or treated with more disrespect for simply telling the truth.

This office is outstanding in every aspect. From the smiling faces at the front desk, to Amber who does a great cleaning, She was gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable. Dr Montoya and Dr Kang really care about their patient's they listen to your concerns and questions. I never leave the office without having my questions answered or concerns not addressed. I would recommend this office to everybody.

Edward Montoya is meticulous and detail oriented. I have never been to a dentist, but I felt spent so much time trying to get everything right. The staff and reception people are exceptional. Highly recommend.
