😠 Up until now the company had been fine. Never late on their service. This last experience has forced me to take my business elsewhere however. I travel a lot for work. When I attempted to book a pick up for my returning home flight I was hung up on six times. Not an exaggeration, six, I counted them... People often mention shuttle, service, driver, time,

Avoid for your safety! This shuttle cut me off while crossing the double lines illegally to get out of the express toll lanes the. Shot across 3 more lanes of traffic to get off the exit you see to the right in the picture. As you can see, the shuttle was already passed the place where you can legally get into the exit and still had another lane to cross. The driver crossed the gore to get off the exit. It’s amazing that there was no accident and I believe the only thing that stopped an accident was the alert other drivers. It could have been bad!!

Up until now the company had been fine. Never late on their service. This last experience has forced me to take my business elsewhere however. I travel a lot for work. When I attempted to book a pick up for my returning home flight I was hung up on six times. Not an exaggeration, six, I counted them. The man on the phone under option 2 was extremely rude. I went ahead and pushed option 3 and got someone else. He seemed very nice and I booked though him out of the Lacy office 3 days in advance. Upon retiring I called them to tell them my flight had been delayed by 4 + hours. Their last shuttle service is at 1am he said and they will resume pick ups at 3-4am timeframe. Well at the time of the reservation I didn’t expect to be delayed but I kept what he said in mind cause it was a late flight. I was called central time around midnight letting me know they were tracking my flight number and they they knew I’d be late and miss the shuttle. Never did they mention they would cancel it however. Anyways I get to the check in station at 3:50 am and I called the after hour number. The man sounded like he just woke up and said “oh yes we are tracking you someone will be there at 4am”. I waited until 4:40 am and called. I asked him again. The response I got was “oh we canceled your pick up”. Very kindly I said that’s too bad and I probably wouldn’t be using their services any longer at which point he hung up the phone. It’s humorous actually, but he just hung up on me. That makes the 7th time I’ve been hung up on by them and at least the second employee who had been extremely rude and unprofessional. Usually I will give a situation like this a break and chalk it up to whatever. But with the who situation I’ll take my money else where. It’s now 4:57 am and I’m riding in a taxi who quite frankly probably drives faster. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Actually I just charge it on a government credit card so I don’t really care what it costs to be honest. I need reliable professional and timely transportation for work travel. On top of that If I can pick any transportation I want, out of principle I’ll spend the tax dollars on someone else and put it in a better companies pocket.

I was traveling on Delta with my niece and her two boys and her dog and we had our hands full! The flight attendant crew were phenomenal. Joseph Friedman, Stephen Dian, Briana Garza, and Anne Hauter accommodated us with snacks and service, continually asking us if we needed anything. We so appreciated their friendliness and compassion for our situation. They are the most awesome people!

Shared van rides to and from SeaTac airport. This is pretty much the cheapest way to go, if you're not on the light rail line. The online reservation process works well and the drivers have always arrived on time for us. Their presence at the airport to get a ride back with a reservation is less good, the last time there was literally no one at the counter when we arrived and we had to wait for a van driver to arrive (it wasn't our driver.) They do have a large screen TV with a map with driver locations, but since your reservation doesn't include a driver name, it isn't much help. The service would be 5 stars if they got that damn-we're-tired-and-want-to-get-home part smoothed out.

Premier was awesome! After driving our large group from the airport to North Bend, one of our group realized that they had left an important item on the shuttle. They were so helpful and understanding. Within a couple hours they had a second shuttle available to make a special trip, 30 miles, to return the item. Thank you Samantha! Thank you Premier!

The drivers drove safely and were very service oriented. The software the company uses is awesome. It provides reminders, tracking services, and maintains a history of past locations. The shuttle was on time, clean, and not crowded. I will continue to use and recommend Premier.

We have used the Premier Airport Shuttle many times with no issues. I hope the experience we had last night was an exception. We booked a shared ride, which means you pick up/drop off others along the way. Last night had 4 stops with ours being the last. We live in West Oly. Two of the stops were each 20 minutes off of I-5. When we left the airport there were 5 empty vans and drivers. Stopping in Tacoma then and halfway to Yelm wasn't necessary. Whoever was coordinating rides last night needs to be more familiar with the area. Not only did it take us more than 2 hours to get home from SeaTac. But also put the driver over her DOT alotted hours.
