Just left the store in Sherman. My granddaughter is hard to find jeans to fit her.. we had a great sales associate named Kassandra. She was fabulous and very knowledgeable! She found 2 pairs of jeans that are a perfect fit! Thanks Kassandra!!

It has been a long time since I have received AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My daughter and I walked in the store and everyone of the ladies working today was super friendly and so helpful! We are at that “preteen” stage and they just started grabbing different sizes and brands. They made her feel so good being her very own personal stylist! Shout out to Maria and the rest of the girls! TOP NOTCH SERVICE!

This place has top of the line customer service! As soon as I walked in one of the girls asked me if I needed help with sizes and etc. She literally spent a whole hour helping me pick out different outfits to try on and I was super insecure and picky due to just having a baby so this was not an easy task. She stayed determined to help me find something. Another girl spent the other part of my time helping me also putting together outfits that she thought would look good. I was very satisfied! The store was also very clean and organized & I didn't have to wait for a dressing room. It was a win win

My review is on bri. She is an outstanding person and rep. First time I went into the store she met me and stayed by my side the whole time. Brought me suggestions she thought I'd like n was so helpful n polite. Since then she keeps me updated on new arrivals, things I mite like and goes above n beyond when there is something I must have n can't get to the store she ships it to me!!! She is an amazing rep n a delight as a person. I'll never shop any other buckle!! Thank u bri for always making my shopping experience nice n easy and being so sweet.

Had the BEST experience here today 🥰 Quick backstory- I hate jeans shopping. It’s been a nightmare since I can remember. So, generally I avoid it until I can’t anymore. Well, I recently lost some weight and my old trusty denims couldn’t be trusted anymore 😂😂 With fall weather approaching I figured I should start trying to find some jeans that fit, and that I didn’t hate to wear -now! 🤷‍♀️ Wasn’t really even sure where to start. But I hadn’t ever been in buckle so I thought I’d give it a whirl. I am SO glad I did! When my friend and I walked in we were greeted by Jamie, and she made my shopping experience a dream. She, by some kindof fashion magic 🔮knew my size (I didn’t even know my size!), asked me a few questions about my style, and proceeded to bring me jeans that not only fit PERFECT, but also felt great. I felt like I had my own personal shopper 💁🏻‍♀️ She made me feel right at home in a place I had never been -and I left feeling more confident about myself than I have in a long time.I will definitely be returning to shop with Jamie!!!

I love to shop at Buckle. It’s the only place I buy my jeans & shorts! I have always been lucky enough to see Bri when I go into the Sherman location. Bri has a smile every time with outstanding customer service. She always takes the time to help me find whatever it is I am looking for. The right size, fit, style, etc. even if it’s not at her store, she makes sure I get what I am looking for. I look for her instantly knowing I can simply describe what I want and she will find it. I always leave happy! “Thank you Bri for the excellent time and care you give and for always going above and beyond! You definitely show what “Good Customer Service” is all about!

Happened in with a friend and spent forever, so many cute things. We both spent quite a bit and happy with every single thing. Jamie is my favorite, I've been in retail and I'm a Fashion Major, this girl knows her store.
