High class service no matter what time of day. Drivers know the area and get me picked up fast whenever I call. Used them for a late night pickup this weekend with good results. No hassle. Clearly the best transportation option on long island!

Great service. The driver knows the area and got me to the Wantagh train station on time. He was well dressed and not sloppy like the All Island Yellow Cab drivers used to be with the backwards baseball hat and ripped clothes. They operate better than most limousine services on Long Island do

Terrible experience. Do not use this company under any circumstances. They screwed up a simple round trip ride to and from a concert at Jones Beach. Awful customer service, do not give them your business.

Since their driver was just coming on his evening to overnight shift, I had to wait a little longer than I hoped, but Ronnie, the driver could not have been nicer nor more knowledgeable and accommodating. I was able to get a ride home after the wedding but was assured that I could have called him to get me back to the Wantagh Long Island Railroad Station if necessary. The only drawback was that the waiting room was locked over the weekend, over which the car service had no control.

I called to get a ride, was put on hold and when the dispatcher answered the signal broke up a bit, then I was screamed at and hung up on. I was going to spend good money but now I'm kinda glad this happened because I will NEVER use this company nor will I ever recommend to any of my colleagues. Extremely unprofessional and nasty business owner. He's probably mad that Uber is taking his business, but why take it out on your customers? Not a great way to gain business back. This guy should learn how to speak to people. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Apparently every day is international pirate day. Screaming a-hole answered couldn't understand a word. Hung up on me. I called back asked to speak to someone in a normal voice. He started screaming again. Told him he just lost a customer I will take an Uber. So rude and unprofessional.
