These people were very unprofessional. The lady I had hurt me 3 times with her elbow. And when I asked her to be gentle she laughed each time. There was two women and a man, who worked there, standing by where I was that were having a conversation in their language and laughing most of the time. This did not make my time there relaxing at all. When I was leaving I felt that a good tip was not necessary considering how the atmosphere and experience was for me. I was informed that there is a minimum $10 tip for their massages. I replied to them that they don't get to decide that. I will not return here ever again nor would I recommend this place to anyone. THE PRICE IS CHEAP BUT SO IS THE SERVICE! If price is a concern for anyone looking, I suggest you keep looking elsewhere.

Ok I hate to give a bad review here, as they have given good service in the past, however this is the second time I have been bumped due to they have over booked. Today I called and asked for an appointment, she asked me when, pretty much open all day, she offered 630 I said that was fine. I walked in for my appointment at 630, and was told they were not ready for me and asked me to sit. I sat down 2 other people walked in a couple minutes later and were taken right in, she then came and said sorry no appointment today they made appointment yesterday. This is the second time this has happen to me. A pretty forgiving guy but this is my last try with this type of service.

The atmosphere and energy were really great! I got the 60 minute deep tissue and hot stones/oil massage and I feel like a brand new person. The therapist checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was right and I was doing okay. And the prices were awesome which made leaving a bigger tip for the therapist much easier 🤙 I’m definitely returning to this place

Been coming here for years. Owner and staff are always so nice. Consistent & affordable! Tip at least $10 or more it’s a great deal for an hour and they deserve it! Bring iPods to drown out the noise around like restaurant next door, phone ringing, door chimes and ppl talking….makes the experience so much better!!! Trust me!!! I Always feel less stressed when I leave. Take all my friends here and they LOVE IT!

Great for couples massage. The masseuse are very, very good. The only negative is the noise that the restaurant next door makes. Spa has music playing which drowns out some of the restaurant noise but not all of it. Sarah runs the place and she is always nice and accommodating.

We have been coming here for years. The staff is very friendly and the place is super clean. The massage therapists are strong and do a wonderful job.

I've gone to several massage spas and every experience is always different. I went in late at night around 9 pm with my boyfriend to get massages, I had called in beforehand and they said that it was fine to go so we did. And right away they rushed us inside, I sorta understood why they were rushing us since they were about to close at 10pm but either way if we are paying for ur services they're shouldn't be any rushing. I came in trying to come out feeling refreshed and relaxed and instead I was disappointed. My boyfriend said he had a good massage and he actually felt better. But for me? Not so well I had an older male masseuse and I was in pure discomfort and pain with the way he was massaging me. Nothing about it felt good!! Then I let them know I want hot stone and he did it. It was ok, the hot stone was probably the only good part I liked but even then he did very little with them unlike other spas I've been to. I had also left my stuff nearby me and they moved it to another chair without even asking me. I would've appreciated it if they asked me because my phone,jewelry and wallet were there. Moving forward, the massage I received was so terrible I'm actually aching this morning from it. Oh and i almost forgot towards the end of our massages both of the massage therapists decided to start having a conversation in their language, as if that was relaxing to listen to while we are trying to get some peace and quiet. I paid for full body too and they barely even massaged my feet...idk but I've paid less $ at other spas and they've done more work on me than I received here. Finally when we went to pay the cashier lady tries to persist that I leave a bigger tip... I WAS NOT HAPPY SO WHY WOULD I GIVE YOU BIGGER TIP?? Do better job then I will tip more. My back is hurting today thanks to this massage. Don't think I'll ever be going here again. Nice from inside but the service sucks.

I have been to MyTouch Spa for a lot of years. I have had unbelievable migraines and they were able to help them to go away. There is always a friendly smile when you walk through the door. I try to get in two to three times a month.
