My
experience
is
that
Carl
and
his
team
run
a
terrible
practice
of
taking
advantage
of
people
who
are
disabled.
I
was
deceived,
aka
lied
to
by
Carl's
employee,
being
instructed
by
Carl
to
tell
me
that
they
needed
a
quick
signature
for
removing
a
metal
frame
and
bracket.
I
trusted
him
and
signed
where
he
pointed.
I
am
visually
impaired.
I
DID
say
multiple
times,
and
even
then,
I
needed
my
statements
from
Carl
because
Carl
was
behaving
in
a
very
deceptive
manner.
He
said
he
would
tell
Carl
as
he
got
back
to
the
office.
Meanwhile,
what
that
piece
of
paper
actually
was
was
them
having
me
sign
off
approving
all
charges,
including
charges
I
didn't
know
anything
about.
Now,
we
are
taking
the
next
step.
Carl
may
act
genuinely
as
helpful
as
he
did
to
me
a
year
ago,
but
if
you
are
not
careful,
his
true
personality
and
vicious
agenda
come
into
play.
He
was
bossy.
He
sent
me
the
wrong
mattress
and
wouldn't
take
it
back
-
not
his
mission
statement.
And
a
few
other
things
I
will
keep
under
my
belt
for
his
day
of
reckoning.
As
you
can
see,
I
responded
to
Carl
who
as
I
typically
expected
went
from
"hero"
pretending
to
be
so
helpful
(
not)
to
"VICTIM"
pretending
I
bashed
his
family
whom
I
have
no
idea
who
or
if
he
has
one.
This
personality
is
not
pleasant.
Please
stay
on
topic,
Carl.
You
sold
me
a
mattress
which
wasn't
what
you
guaranteed
and
promised
me
and
you
bullied
me
around
beyond
belief
to
find
a
bed
to
fit
this
thick
mattress
in
three
days.
That's
not
customer
service
at
all.
Had
I
known
you
would
be
day
to
night
in
half
a
year,
I
would
never
have
returned
to
obtain
your
business.
I
warn
others
of
the
same.
