I went here a few weeks ago to get some estimates on fixing a phone screen and boy howdy, was that a mistake. I don't go to repair shops to be talked down to, and I most certainly don't need anyone mansplaining to me about my own phone when I have a background in electronics. It was a pretty simple fix that I needed and I left feeling insulted. I'd give no stars if that were an option.

Batteries plus bulbs was very helpful in getting me in quickly because my phone screen completely broke. When I got my phone back I left and headed home and when I got home I noticed my time on the lock screen was not visible and I had a message that said “not a genuine apple part” when I called they said “we have an apple iPhone 12 Pro Max screen” so it was very misleading. I ended up having to get a phone new phone because the screen still wasn’t working properly.

The first thing you will notice when you enter this store is their attention to you as the customer! You are greeted by an associate as soon as the door opens; they make you feel like you are a priority and they are VERY knowledgeable. Their attention to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations! We live in a remote area south of Rolla and I was in town doing some shopping when my iPhone died. Neal helped me with a new battery, screen saver and screen repair. It was very evident that he loves his job and he is very good at it. Wish one could experience this level of customer service and knowledge at more businesses. I would highly recommend this location for any of your battery or repair needs!

I came in because I thought my iPhone XR needed the charging port repaired. I Explained to associate the problem I was having. The associate looked at my phone, cleaned the port of pocket lint & it worked perfect. No charge!! Thank you Batteries Plus!!

First time using this store. Needed a motorcycle battery, not only was this store competitive with prices compared to online stores, the battery they offered was actually nicer than the online batteries at this same price point. Great customer service when I went to pick it up as well.
