If I could leave more stars I would! I’ve been a part of the Pma family for quite a few years now, 2 of the 3 of my kids are members of the karate team and I also bring my friends daughter. I couldn’t be happier with finding this dojo all those years ago!!! The family atmosphere is incredible, affordability is key, the way that the staff greet both parents and kids (or individual) by name, the way they handle every day issues with the kids at ‘mat chat’, they are all so very open to helping both on the mats and off, and so many more amazing things to list!

I don’t even know where to begin. PMA has been a part of our lives for the past 7 years, when we signed our daughter, Aerylyn, up for karate in May of 2016. Little did I know how much of an impact that karate would make on Aerylyn’s life. She lives and breathes Martial Arts. Fast forward to 2019 and she wanted to try something new, along with her karate, so we signed her up for BJJ. She instantly fell in love and can’t get enough of it. Aerylyn received her 1st degree Black Belt in November of 2021 and will be testing for her 2nd degree Black Belt in Fall of 2023. She also recently received her Yellow with a white stripe in BJJ. She is pretty active down at PMA, participating in classes 4-5x a week, multiple classes a night, is a SWAT member and also does Dream Team. I joined in on the fun in January of 2021 starting my Muay Thai journey! It has been fantastic ever since and I can’t wait till I earn my Black Prajioud. I really can’t say enough about PMA and the staff, they are simply, amazing! Shihan Laura and Professor Tim have changed our lives for the better.

The past 3 years with PMA has been an incredible experience for our entire family. The owners, staff, and other members of the studio are truly an amazing group of positive people. Surrounding myself and my children with this energy, atmosphere, and making new friends who are positive lights in our life has been priceless. The instruction and physical benefits my son has gained through karate and I have gained through Muay Thai has been amazing for our physical and mental health as well. Sometimes you do not notice the small changes in yourself until you look back at where you started. They make certain to challenge you while making it clear to do what your body can handle in class. Do your best, so everyone is welcome and can modify and not feel pressured at all. My son has learned discipline, safety, self defense, emotional regulation, patience, listening, respect, control, and so many more invaluable soft skills. Starting at a young age has been amazing for his behavior, confidence, and healthy lifestyle. They truly care and call on special occasions and if you haven’t been in class in awhile, they do not call to pressure you back to class, it is a call as they truly care and want to make sure you are ok and see how they can support you. And of course, would love you back in class :) Most of all it is FUN and one big family at PMA!

We love being a part of the PMA family—because that’s what it is. Every person there is invested in the entire family—not just those on the mats—and care about their wellbeing and success. The programs are fantastic and teach not only the martial arts, but valuable life lessons in their mat chats.

This place is awesome, my daughter has so much fun, and I'm single dad and they understand that's hard for me to go twice week, as suppose to, my ex wife suppose to take her during week cause work but they don't and take her Saturday and, the most important thing all staff are great with the kids, and sometimes kids don't want do it and there good providing attention, there usually like 5 staff each class for kids class. There was one example today happen which was great example are how great there are, there was two weeks that kids miss class and the little kid didn't want to and was crying and the mom was very emotional and so one staff asked if he wanted to go to private small studio, one one with her mom and kid ended up going. This is prime example how good and caring staff. Was. This is great for all ages but there great.

My kids love coming here. The instructors know every kid by name. This is the kind of dedication and attention that they give to each and every student that comes through the door.

My 7 year old started karate at this location late last year. Immediately he was hooked and has since graduated to a purple belt. The entire staff of family and close friends make the atmosphere unmatched and they truly care about all of the students and family that attend. Customers/students for life. Thank you for all that you do!

Kids have been going here since 2018. He's now a recco black belt. Love it here and such a great place, they really care about their students. Sensei Laura 🤘 rocks
