Always quiet. Workers are friendly and helpful. Great variety of books both in stock and available for loan online. Cool historic building with cathedral ceilings.

I love coming here. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can borrow books, dvds, cds, adio books, ukuleles board games and other things. I believe you have to be a local to check out books though.

Great staff, relaxed atmosphere, good hours, with the addition of MEL there is pretty much nothing you can’t find. I love the library!

The Petosky library is a gorgeous library. I came from out of town and had to do some work with an internet connection. I was able to set up for the day and complete my work. The interior was immaculate and it was a calming atmosphere to complete my work in. If you're in the area and have to get work done, it is a good place to accomplish your online work.

Very good service all the attendants were very polite and helpful the gallery in the main lobby is normally decorated with local art but it's beautiful plain as well, prior to COVID they had a craft section in the teen room avalible to the public and a back room that sells used books and dvds

I love this library. The openness to different interests and age groups, extensive variety of material, access to scanning and printing devices. Very relaxed and quiet environment.

Very simply put, beautiful historical building. Very clean. And I honestly think the staff here is the most knowledgeable and friendly I've ever experienced!
