Went in there for an appointment at 12:00. Didn’t get seen until way later, because a man walked in and said that he needed to be seen now. Knowingly without an appointment. Because he was on “company time.” His request for prioritized over my appointment. Therefor waited way longer than I had to. Quite frustrating. Everyone has to go to work also. The world doesn’t revolve around one person. Do better!!

2nd time here, appointment times don't mean anything, sit for hours on end waiting. I would highly recommend employers to use somewhere else for pre employment. Both times this has been a 3 ring circus. If I could leave a less than 1 star rating it would be in the low negatives.

Nobody knows what they are doing here. I’m glad I didn’t actually have anything wrong with me. This place is a joke. Service was fast but staff is rude.

My husband waited over 2 hours to get in for his appointment, get through the appointment and to leave. UNACCEPTABLE. If his appointment is at 2:00, he should be seen AT 2:00! There is zero reason for an office to be this behind consistently.

Hung up on me twice while I was on hold and then tried to say it was my fault.
