2023 - Tore my rotator cuff helping someone with a bag in an overhead bin on a flight. Dr Tom diagnosed and referred me to mri and two orthopedic surgeons for consult. IMRI confirmed what Dr Tom thought and have rotator cuff surgery next week and have been doing pre-op physical therapy since a week after the injury with Dr Jenna at LWC and she as improved my strength and roatation to almost 100% but I still need surgery……..UGHHHH. I am grateful for Life Welness and the care they have given me, but more so for recognizing what was probably wrong with my shoulder and not immediately treating me. I could not be more satisfied and will be back for my post-op physical therapy. Thanks LWC 2022 - Slipped on the ice shoveling two days ago and called LifeWellness Center. They had an opening and were able to see me in just a few hours. I saw Dr. Tom who was exceptional. I walked in hardly being able to walk, sit and get in and out of the car. After just a few minutes of electric stim, pressure point treatment and an adjustment…..I could walk with very little trouble and sit much more comfortably. I would definitely refer my family and friends here. Thanks so much.

I do not like physical therapy. Not at all. It’s pointless. It’s hard to get appointments. They show you a few things and then print out papers and push you out the door. This place is NOT like that. I called and they had an opening same day. My experience with Jenna was amazing. I had c5-6 discectomy with fusion over 10 years ago. My pain is escalating as I grow older, turning 50 this year. I’m getting a nerve ablation but I have to do some pt as a requirement. Insurance companies are ridiculous. But from the moment I arrived I have been pleasantly surprised. Jenna has her doctorate in sports medicine. She is just outstanding at what she does. She started with pressure point massage. Then we do loads of stretches and we end with the tens or as I call it, the magic machine. I sit at a desk all day. She has helped with all of my aches and pains. I’m supposed to have knee surgery that I keep putting off and the tens helps it and my lower back and shoulder and neck. The pressure point hurts at times but gives me huge relief. And the stretches are different and really make a difference. I am completely blown away at how much the pt has changed my quality of life. I am actually feeling good enough to do some Latin dancing. Oh, and the place itself is gorgeous. You do not feel like you’re in a doctors office. It’s warm and inviting. The staff is super friendly. I can get appointments easily. Like they have other practitioners and are not understaffed. They also do other things like you can schedule a massage or chiropractic care. I think they even help with nutrition. I would absolutely say, if you’re in need of pt this is hands down the best place in the cities.

Dr. Tom is the best! He has healed the pain in body time and time again. He adjusts my children when they start to have cold symptoms and the children wake up feeling back to 100% the next morning. Tom is an incredible healer and I always highly recommend him to all of my friends.

Great team from the front desk to the practitioners. Intensive chiropractic and PT got me back to enjoying my every day life. Dr. Jenna is EXCEPTIONAL!

LWC has been an absolute life saver for me. From my new patient appointment several years ago to now, I have never felt more seen, heard, and taken care of. The DMR approach will have you feeling healthy and well again. In-house physics therapy, massage, combined with chiropractic therapy is truly a blessing. The physical therapy directed by Dr. Kary did wonders to improve my disabled condition due to muscle myopathy. Gradually over the course of 3 months, specific exercises and stretching under the supervision of Dr. Kary, I went from 25% of normal function to 95% of normal function. I utilized traction, stims, massage and physical therapy services of LWC. Highly recommended.
