    In the beginning of the process of applying was easy everyone was nice. After they took my money (app fee $250) and all my info. Caroline Younce just stopped emailing us. We call every phone number that the company has no one answers no matter what time we call. We went from conditionally being approved and started planning sent in all additional info needed.( I make more than enough money. ) to it being 2 weeks later not a email phone call nothing. We had to go online to see our unit has been listed on the website again. That’s not right!

    I would highly advise that you do not rent with Harrison Landing. I spent over two months trying to reach out to the management team with no response. I also tried going to their office on multiple occasions during normal business hours and there was a sign on the door saying they were closed each time. I was never contacted by anyone via phone or email after 15+ attempts on my end. They have extremely poor management and I would never recommend that someone live in their community.

    Omg!!! So glad to be blessed with a new home with space, plenty of cabinets, we've met some nice people. Demetral is awesome!We need people to slow down of course, there are kids here, one almost got hit by a car due to someone speeding, ran the stop sign and on their phone texting. Property manager is good.I had some maintenance issues and they always respond in a timely manner. Parking could be a little better considering some people don't use their garage,but park their four vehicles into the extra spaces and use their garage as storage. NOMB. Folks should keep their dogs on a leash, considering there are kids and adults that are scared of dogs etc. Had to spray for ants.

    Jaquala was very accommodating when we showed up early for our tour. She was friendly and allowed us to take our time on the tour as we checked out the property. It is absolutely beautiful!

    My experience with the leasing offic every month there is something wrong with the payment. I have draft set-up since 2021 inaccurate posting. The maintenance is good but the leasing office is horrible when it comes to follow-up. I received a memo of needing to pay smaill amount, I visited the leasing to make sure things being take care and resolved. Never received any information about issue two weeks ago.

    Requested a tour of townhome through their website for 5 pm. Received email comfirming appointment along with a second email later in the day reminding me that the scheduled appointment was coming up in 2 hours. Drove 30 minutes to get there, and there was no one there when I arrived, and a sign on the door stating they were closed the whole day. No live person to talk to at any of the numbers provided.

    Caroline was very pleasant and informative during my tour and entire move in process. Still new to the community but absolutely would recommend. The home is a beautiful space (with tons of storage) in a quiet community.

    Harrison Landing is the most well maintained and best operated property. Anything that we bring to their attention is resolved immediately and politely.

😠 The AC doesn't work when it gets warm out and maintenance doesn't know how to fix it so it stays 77-80 degrees inside the apartment. I dread when summer comes. Definitely going to have to break this lease and find an apartment with AC ASAP!
