Everyone here is always kind and friendly. They do a wonderful job of taking care of my son’s teeth. They have always been able to get him in right away if something comes out or breaks on his braces.

Love that work with the bill and if something happens to the kiddos brackets they try to fit them in as soon as possible to fix them same day if possible.

My daughter went to Braces R Us after she moved in with her dad for a short period of time. Transferring insurance benefits was a pain, so when she moved in with my mom we just kept her there. (We would have much rather gone to Ward.) The secretary was rude first off. I paid $200 to have them put springs on, so we didn't have to deal with bands. They were not done even remotely correct, I know this because I asked a different ortho. Both springs fell of that SAME DAY! They criticized her for not being careful, but I was with her. She was literally eating ice cream!! She finally got them off in July and we an appointment with her regular dentist the end of August. The dentist and hygenist commented on how much cement she had left on her teeth. They slowly picked it away. Now her invisalign retainer won't fit because the scan was done with the cement on!!! Huge waste of money and time.

Amazing service !!!!!!!!! Traveled from out of state and forgot my bands, and I called and asked if I could buy some, and they let me have some and not just a little but enough to last me a while. I'm so thankful !!!!!!!! (A bit ago, when I lived in Idaho I also went in for a consultation and I remember them being kind and explained the whole brace experience with detail) thank you guys for being awesome !!!!!

I love the people here! I’ve been getting treatment for about 3 years, and they’ve been compassionate and informative every step of the way. If you listen to them, wear your stuff like you are supposed to, you will see and feel a difference. Yeah it takes time, but it’s being done correctly. They listen to your questions, get you in quickly if you need something fixed, and work with you to make sure you’re comfortable. Dr. Williams, Dr. Auger, and all the great ladies there are the best!

Braces r us are the best. They took good care of us and fixed my granddaughter’s wire quickly.

I broke me bottom wire and I called and they fit me in the same morning. It was fast and well done.
