The receptionist Jasmine was very warm and inviting. The clinic was very clean. My care coordinator Rosa was very respectful and answered all my questions I had. Their lab technician was quite skilled and got me on the first time. The provider and her assistant were able to answer any other questions I had. I felt that their provider treated me like an actual patient rather than just another number.

I wish they had sensitive doctors. I got attended 1.5 hrs past my scheduled appointment just to hear what I could easily Google. Waste of money and time. Dr. Sunmeet was insensitive and could have expressed more patience. On the other hand, manager Carol was genuinely nice and handled the situation well with at-most respect for customer service and satisfaction. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor AT ALL.

I’ve always had a positive experience at every appointment. The facility is clean. The people are friendly, attentive and non judgmental. My appointments have always been quick and to the point. I also like that I get email/text reminders when I’m due for another appointment.

Very attentive and caring staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctor I felt truly cared after. Service was extremely fast, I’ll definitely be back for all of my womanly needs. Doctor Indie was the best doctor I’ve ever been to! Thank you ladies for caring for patients the way you do.

This location in Inglewood is a great place for all of your needs. The staff are kind and friendly people. The doctor is very professional and also very caring.

It’s was a good safe space the only thing the doctor took more than 15 minutes to attend me just to say the results
