incredible service! took 3 disposable cameras in to get developed and digitally scanned. they said it would take 2-3 days for them to be emailed to me… 22 hours later they’re in my inbox! so happy and satisfied!

For me it was a bit pricey to transfer slides to video format...but otherwise, nice staff, nice store!

I really appreciate the time the staff gives you when you walk into the store looking for equipment that meets you needs. I recently purchased an AF-S Nikkor 24-70mm lens and was really happy with my purchase. I recently spoke with Matthew regarding the difference between a Nikon D850 and a Nikon Z7II and his information was really helpful in deciding which camera to choose next. Unfortunately, I had just missed the Nikon sale. When the D850 goes back on sale, Matthew has my business! If you're looking for excellent customer service, give Mike's in Pleasant Hill a try!

Best camera shop experience of my life - no exaggeration! I have been mulling over switching to mirrorless for months, and it was like everything clicked into place when I walked into the store. I was able to get a used lens for an slr system I needed, and they magically had all the mirrorless in stock and used that I was looking for - z7ii and 24-70 f/2.8. Okay, now onto Charles and Shawn - straight HOMIES. They were incredibly helpful, nonjudgemental, patient, and talked me through the nikon mirrorless systems. With their presence and good energy I felt so comfortable thinking through things in the store and it allowed me to problem-solve my gear plans for the short term and long term (which again, has been on my mind for months!) SO grateful for this experience and for Shawn and Charles.
