I visited The Blended Bistro Restaurant located across FOOD BAZAAR at 442 Anderson Ave, Cliffside Park, NJ 07010. The food in this place is amazing and it's a blend of Cuban-American Cuisine. Owner and chef MADDY loves when people taste her food and feel at home. Guys, this is one of the best Cuban Sandwiches I have tried in a long time. I work in the area and order from The Blended Bistro weekly….. in particular the Cuban sandwich. From the food to the atmosphere, Chef Maddy and the Staff, there is not one thing I would change! Great addition to the neighborhood….. if you like home cooked Cuban food you must stop by!

LOVE this place! First introduced when they had a food truck come to my kids’ school and the Cuban sandwiches were absolutely delicious. Now I keep coming back for the pernil and congri, and they’re always very generous with the portions.

What an amazing find!! This cozy restaurant is tucked away in a small plaza. The service is amazing and the food is to die for. I had the steak sandwich and it was fresh and delicious. You can tell they put a lot of pride and love into it. This will be my new go to spot for Hispanic food.
