The staff here is Great!!! Dr. Ray makes you feel at home. And the office manager Cheyanne is AMAZING. Jazmin the office coordinator makes sure you’re never waiting too long in the lobby. And the chiropractor assistant Ana is the heartbeat of this office she’s always positive and in a good mood.

The service here is phenomenal! All of the staff members were very attentive and detail oriented. Whenever I had any issues regarding scheduling, they were very helpful and solution driven. Grateful for the team at Family Medical Group Cutler Bay. They have made getting treatment after my accident so smooth. Dr Yuli was very thorough and made me feel at ease. Cheyanne the office manager always has a smile and makes my daughter and I feel right at home. Our physical therapist Ana was so patient and her energy is always refreshing making our sessions enjoyable. Jazmine in the front is great too! Thank you for making us feel like part of the family, definitely don’t want our sessions to come to an end!

Family medical group is highly professional. My initial evaluation was done by Dr. Ruszkowski, his experience speaks for itself. He recommended stretches and ways to mitigate my pain throughout my days. I had my first session with the office manager Cheyanne, she provides exceptional physical therapy and calm friendly conversation. Ana has kept up with my sessions on a weekly basis and ensured the physical therapy is performed both correctly and confortable to me. She ensures my appointments are scheduled after each week. I never have to call to find out when my appointment is. If I need to reschedule I can always call Jasmine at the front and she ensures all my appointments are set timely.

Best place to come to. Everyone is friendly and handles everything on a professional level. Jazmine, Ahna and Cheyanne including Dr. Ray make the experience worth coming to every time. They also make sure you’re comfortable while doing your therapy. Only people I trust in my opinion.

I received physical therapy from this facility and, I have to say, the staff was wonderful! They genuinely care about their patients. Cheyenne and Alian made sure I was getting the proper treatment and, even after I finished my treatments, they called me to check in on me to make sure I was doing ok. I would definitely recommend this facility.

This clinic is amazing and has left me feeling better than ever! The staff here is amazing, Dr. Ray is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have with no hesitation. He helps make the clinic very welcoming to any new patients along with Yesenia who works at the front desk and Mia who guided me through my physical therapy. They’re all so kind and made going to physical therapy better. Mia helped me work through my injuries by assisting me through various exercises and warm ups, doing shockwave therapy, and healing me with her amazing massages!!! I definitely recommend coming here!
