Good energy all around, great vibes from the staff, and all of their treatments are incredibly useful for EVERYONE- athletes, individuals interested in losing weight or enhancing their appearance, those looking to relax and repair. They’ve got it all. I grab a treat from the front lobby and chill in the sauna. Fire & ice treatment is the way to go. I need to try more!

Nikki is amazing!!! She's a blessing to all her clients! She truly wants to make you whole, whether you are trying to lose weight or protecting your immune system - please go to her! You will not regret it! As a teacher, anytime I feel even an inkling of a cold, I run to her for a shot that has vitamin C, B12, zinc, and all the good stuff. It always works! My visit to Elevate Elements was nothing short of Remarkable. I experienced the Halo sauna for the first time and I can't believe I've been missing out. The sauna experience is not just about sweating out impurities. The infrared and salt filtration provide unique recovery elements. The personal space with optional music gave me my own Zen environment. After 30 minutes of breathwork and meditation in the sauna, I felt rejuvenated. I topped off my visit with a relaxing compression boot session along with a refreshing peppermint oxygen bar treatment. The owner Nikki and her staff add their own unique, warm, and welcoming personality that makes a visit to this neighborhood GEM all the more special. I will definitely be making Elevate Elements part of my wellness routine.
