I had a wonderful experience with Concentra Healthcare. Their team was incredibly efficient and considerate throughout my visit. The nurse was kind and patient, Doctor Gordon was very attentive to me when I spoke with him regarding my concerns. He was able to get the right PT assistance I needed. They did a great job, and I felt well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I was seen for work related testing. Miss Claudia was the nurse that helped me. She was so kind and answered all my questions. I will recommend this place to everyone thanks to her performance and great work attitude.

Scheduled an appointment here for my medical and had the wonderful opportunity of meeting Laterrica. She was a sweetheart through and through assisting me with all my questions and concerns and resolving any issues I had. She took the time to hear me out during my visit and reassure me on things that I had questions about, a real office gem! Dr. was really patient with me as well. Overall experience was great.

It took 10 minutes and 25 seconds for a human to pick up my call. After spending a minute of my time on a computer switch board, saving one of their employees about 15 seconds, I was put directly on hold. Someone picked up after a few seconds and put me on hold without saying anything about a second later. It happened again after about five minutes so I suspect they are trying to make the computer think I am being helped within five minutes. I would give them one star, but the person who picked up was able to answer my question very quickly.

The staff at Concentra Urgent Care in Golden Glades are phenomenal, especially Carline and Claudia. I had to get many things done for work today, which would have had me there for many hours. However, the process of getting everything done was smooth and seamless with the help of these two ladies. They are also kept me informed, answered my questions, and overall provided great customer service. I highly recommend them.

Man listen up !!! No words can express my gratitude and appreciation towards the concentra urgent care medical staff especially for Ms. Kim & Ms. Claudia they treated me with great kindness and professionalism. I’m happy to see that they are standing for what’s right and treating others with respect and carry out their duties love and compassion.
