Until
today
I've
never
experienced
bad
customer
service
at
the
fishburn
office.
I
went
in
for
a
follow
up
visit
after
being
inpatient
at
a
mental
health
facility
(the
mental
health
facility
set
up
this
follow
up
visit).
I
saw
three
doctors-
a
student,
a
resident
and
the
attending.
They
all
came
in
at
seperate
times
and
had
me
repeat
my
reason
for
being
there.
When
each
one
left
they
supposedly
consulted
with
each
other.
After
relaying
my
reason
three
times
and
them
'consulting'
each
other
three
times
we
finally
started
discussing.
We
discussed
"why
I
want
to
get
help
now"
and
past
trauma.
After
discussing
past
trauma
the
resident
had
decided
the
best
course
of
action
for
my
mental
health
was
to
go
to
the
police.
After
discussing
trauma
I
have
experienced
with
police
and
telling
him
𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙚
times
"I
don't
feel
comfortable
doing
that"
and
"this
isn't
why
I
came
in"
he
still
wouldn't
give
it
up.
The
appointment
ended
with
me
shutting
down
because
I
felt
unheard
and
dismissed.
I
didn't
make
a
follow
up
and
I
won't
be
making
a
follow
up.
This
visit
was
truly
the
straw
that
broke
the
camels
back.
I
have
had
a
tumtumultuous
past
with
doctors
and
struggle
with
agoraphobia.
To
be
constantly
dismissed
and
not
have
my
mental
health
taken
seriously
and
chopped
up
to
'I'm
stressed'
because
I've
experienced
trauma
is
incredibly
disheartening.
I
shouldn't
have
to
explain
why
I
left
myself
go
untreated
for
years
in
order
to
get
treatment.
