Until today I've never experienced bad customer service at the fishburn office. I went in for a follow up visit after being inpatient at a mental health facility (the mental health facility set up this follow up visit). I saw three doctors- a student, a resident and the attending. They all came in at seperate times and had me repeat my reason for being there. When each one left they supposedly consulted with each other. After relaying my reason three times and them 'consulting' each other three times we finally started discussing. We discussed "why I want to get help now" and past trauma. After discussing past trauma the resident had decided the best course of action for my mental health was to go to the police. After discussing trauma I have experienced with police and telling him 𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙚 times "I don't feel comfortable doing that" and "this isn't why I came in" he still wouldn't give it up. The appointment ended with me shutting down because I felt unheard and dismissed. I didn't make a follow up and I won't be making a follow up. This visit was truly the straw that broke the camels back. I have had a tumtumultuous past with doctors and struggle with agoraphobia. To be constantly dismissed and not have my mental health taken seriously and chopped up to 'I'm stressed' because I've experienced trauma is incredibly disheartening. I shouldn't have to explain why I left myself go untreated for years in order to get treatment.

Where do I begin. The schedulers are rude. I had a client that went here for immunizations and they gave him the wrong ones. I am not sure how this location hasn't been shut down. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone through the phone, they never answer or they hang up on you and you have to go back through the whole process over again. Beyond ridiculous.

Took client in for annual physical. Check-in was quick and call back to exam room was 15 min later. Did not see doctor for another 30 min so guessing behind schedule today. The physical was thorough and the patient was treated with the outmost respect and dignity.

This place is ridiculous with poor customer care and service. Good doctors, staff is rude. Honestly I always leave here disappointed!!!

Wait times can be a bit long, yes, but the doctors are overall very dedicated and genuine people. Good standard of care at this clinic once you get in for your appointment. They work very long hours to accommodate everyone possible. Dr. Linda Chambers has 30+ years experience and goes above and beyond for each of her patients. I can't recommend her more! Dr. Beth Wallen has also been terrific every time I've met with her.

Our family's Primary Care Physicians always listen to us, assist with alternative medicine before going to surgery. Always treat us like people instead of like a number. Medical staff is compassionate and very friendly.

They never answer phones. Can’t leave a voicemail to get contacted back. It’s like they don’t want to do their job. And then f you happen to get through they’re rude as if they’re annoyed .

I had the most absolute best visit that I've had in a very long time. Robin at the front desk couldn't have been any nicer. We had the best chat as I was leaving, but from the start she gave a huge smile and seemed to actually love her job, which sadly is rare. Dr. Rabago is the doctor I've been looking for, for a very long time too. He did something that spoke volumes, he put the laptop aside, he used a pen & paper to take notes and actually LISTENED to what I had to say. At no time did I feel rushed or ignored, and I cannot express how important this overall experience was to me. Unfortunately, my experiences with doctors have resulted in me leaving in tears because I felt ignored with feelings of "it's all in my head." And because of this, it takes a lot for me to call for an appointment regardless of how I'm feeling. This was one of those times where I really hesitated to call to see a new doctor, but I was in pain and didn't want to wait for my local doctor to have availability. I won't say he necessarily agreed with my thoughts, but I think I can't tell if he agreed or not because he spoke so nicely lolol. And, I will say - he did have a need to be stern with me (I'm a little stubborn), but he kind of gave me a dad-stern talk (even though we are probably around the same age) and it was one sentence only - and it resonated. I am sooooo glad I made that call! I very much think I'll drive to the Hershey location (I'm in Mechanicsburg) so I can continue seeing him. I don't understand the negative reviews on here as I truly had the best experience. Maybe they turned over staff? I don't know but I do very much recommend the individuals named in this review, hands down.
