The
communication
with
this
office
is
absolutely
horrible.
Good
luck
calling
to
speak
to
anyone.
You'll
get
routed
to
various
hold
lines
until
they
eventually
hang
up
on
you.
Don't
dare
reschedule,
or
they
will
push
you
back
by
five
months.
Overall
an
abysmal
operation.
I
can't
fathom
how
we
allow
such
terrible
communication
from
our
health
care
professionals.
Maybe
they're
grossly
understaffed,
but
I
have
never
had
this
bad
of
an
experience
with
any
other
health
care
provider.
They
try
to
route
you
to
their
online
platform,
but
no
one
will
answer
you
there
either.
Health
care
has
gotten
away
with
such
disregard
for
their
patients
for
years,
and
we
do
nothing
about
it.
Reform
is
needed
to
repair
this
objectively
broken
system.
Doctors,
I
hope
you're
proud
of
the
"great
institutions"
that
you
work
for.
Obviously
it
is
the
administrative
staff
that
shoulders
the
blame
for
our
horrendous
health
care
in
the
United
States,
but
each
doctor
that
sits
by
quietly
and
is
compensated
based
on
"diagnoses"
are
complacent
at
best,
complicit
at
worst.
Based
on
billing,
communication,
and
provider
competency,
we
patients
are
forced
to
confront
the
following;
is
it
worth
dealing
with
this
rotting
institution,
or
is
it
easier
to
endure
chronic
illness?
What
a
sad
state
of
affairs.
I
hope
each
participant
in
this
broken
system
is
proud
of
what
they've
helped
build.
The
most
dysfunctional,
corrupt,
predatory
institution
in
the
United
States,
and
WOW,
that
is
saying
something.
