The staff & services of Medical Health Institute are really great! The coordinator my husband and I work with (Janick Brisbane) makes everything easy. He is very knowledgable, always responds in a timely manner and is very accessible (via text, email or on the phone). The prices are very competitive and the ordering and refilling process is easy and products arrive within days. We have both thrived with this program and plan on making it a permanent part of our lives.

my husband I have been under the care of the Medical Health Institute for the past two years. It has been one of the best decisions of our lives. We feel great and very well taken care of. My representative Bridgette Acosta has been amazing, she can talk to me for as long as I need she gets back to me so quickly and makes my requests instantly she is amazing the best customer service ever she is like my friend and I ask the same things over and over again because I forget and she is so patience and explains all the time. My husband Tim and I, Mary Jo have been under the care of the Medical Health Institute for the past three years. We work directly with Janik Brisbane who has been amazing. He has not only set up every purchase we needed, but helped us with discounts, lost items, forgotten addresses, when we moved, etc. He is available 24/7. I try not to bother him on weekends and nights, but sometimes I get too excited about a new treatment and I just can't wait to ask a question. My biggest success with him and the MHI, has been my weightloss. Yes, of course, there are many ways that you can lose weight, but CAN YOU KEEP the weightloss? I have been three years under 130 pounds. I was 158 when I started with them during the COVID pandemic and I was finally able to lose weight. When I overdo it, here and then, I don't gain it the way I used to, when my hormones were not balances. Did I say hormones? Yes, I take the BIOIDENTICAL hormones that Janik and Dr. Amy Wecker had suggested, and my life changed. Before I started with bioidentical hormones, I was doing a natural cleansing diet, could only eat raw food, no salt etc. I did it for three months and felt horrible and weak and tired, and cranky. I couldn't sleep. It was horrible. In those three months, I lost 10 pounds, which I immediately gained back. I started with the bioidentical hormones, and my fat just melted away. I did use the Growth hormone and other peptides that helped restore my body. Dr. Wecker suggested to avoid gluten and to focus on a paleo diet, and cooking myself (because I work from home), and my weight is at its best, I am not afraid anymore when I eat or cheat at a birthday party, or wedding, etc. I have always been afraid of the holidays, especially starting with the Dia de los Muertos festivities. I was given Ozempic, which helped me so much to endure the temptations of those months and I didn't gain weight. Furthermore, I sleep well, I have energy, no more insomnia, I exercise and bike, I am hungry now like a normal person. (Years ago I just couldn't stop eating). Now I can stop eating because I feel full and my skin looks radiant. Janik and Dr. Wecker changed our lives. They won't be able to get rid of us. :)

After being signed up with another clinic and not having any customer service and delayed interactions I looked else where. How could I trust my optimal health with them?. After finding Dr Eberwein and my personal consultant Daniel all of my concerns have vanished! It's been so comforting and easy transitioning to an optimal version of myself. Carlos and his team at MHI provided top notch testing, support and supplement implementation. They are available 24-7 for questions, which is super helpful because there are a ton of questions and concerns that come up when it comes to fertility and pregnancy. We were able to get pregnant (naturally) after 3 months of implementing their protocols. All of my health scores and key markers more than doubled and some quadrupled. I’ve never felt better.
