This dress store has an amazing variety of dress and party wear. My mom and I both found outfits for my brother's wedding in September. The lady helping us was so extremely helpful and patient and really knew the inventory and what to try on. Good prices and super friendly service. The customer service I received from this company was EXCEPTIONAL!! I called from the Seattle area hesitant to order a dress over the phone I had never seen in person but both ladies I talked to were so helpful. They sent me videos of the dress and carefully looked it over to make sure it was in perfect condition and then shipped it out to me the same day!! It is the most beautiful Sherri Hill dress and fits my daughter perfectly!! I am so excited for her senior year homecoming!!

I was in today with VERY low expectations that I would find a mother of the bride dress for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. I had tried on multiple dresses at other places and had never found “the one.” What a pleasant surprise to find a great selection of dresses at KooKoo’s Nest. Kinzey was sweet as pie and made the experience way easier than I anticipated. Kinzey shows genuine interest in her customers and was amazing to work with. Top notch customer service!!

Fantastic group of ladies to work with in getting suits for a wedding! Communication was great and they helped us every step of the way. Giving the guys tips for poses and making sure suits fit correctly. One of my groomsmen dropped out on me a week before the wedding and had someone else fill in. Pants were to short for him. Kinzey had stayed past their close time and extended the pants legs! My wife and I can’t thank them enough for doing as much as they did!👏

I highly recommend this boutique for anyone who ever needs a bridesmaid dress or anything else. The owner was so kind and such a huge help! We flew in from North Carolina and my bridesmaid dress got left home by mistake. I called the shop and she was so quick to try to help me find the perfect dress for my sister at the last possible second. She even stayed in contact with me through the flight’s Wi-Fi and made sure we got the right one, walked me through the payment process and sent me the invoice. When we finally flew in to Bismarck, even though it was well after hours she came back to the shop and helped me pick out jewelry and tape. Such a pleasant experience in the most stressful situation!
