Having purchased my first two acoustic guitars from Love That Music over the past several years (as well as all the accessories for both), I began my week as an extremely satisfied customer of our hometown music store. Tim & Sandi Love had not ever attempted to “oversell me” beyond my needs , had always made solid recommendations, and had consistently provided first-class service in every respect. So, I have never regretted acting on my strong preference to shop exclusively at this small, locally-owned business, run by two honorable people. So, on Monday, I dropped in to ask Tim to keep his eyes open for a simple, inexpensive electric guitar to add to my collection. By Tuesday, he and Sandi had located exactly what I had in mind, a great value at a very competitive price. I was delighted to agree for them to “check it out,” and ready it for my pickup late this afternoon. When I arrived at the store to pick up my new “find,” Tim & Sandi had picked out a case, and we selected a neck strap that also perfectly suited my needs and interest. Those accessories were offered up at extremely competitive prices, as was my new instrument itself. Not only did they find exactly what I had specified, but there will continue to be caring “service after the sale,” and I did NOT have to visit either Amazon’s website or any of the mega-guitar centers to find competitive pricing. Area musicians can “have it all” right here in Kernersville! I offer my unqualified endorsement of Love That Music as a wonderful source for all things musical! Amazing local music store! Went in to get my guitar fixed, and they were all attentive and knowledgeable and fixed it up without any issues. On sale, they have a variety of guitars, cases and accessories. There are also a few accessories for other instruments as well. There are a couple booths as well for music classes (one which was happening while I was there). All in all a great place!

I can't say enough about the folks at Love That Music, my entire experience with Tim and his tech Cory was so very satisfying. Finally a business that values a paying customer. These guys are the best at letting you know that a customer is more than a number. Honest and more than fair prices on service.
