What an awesome Friday afternoon experience! Who knew this was just behind Earthfare! Definitely recommend, even if you aren’t big into plants, this place is gorgeous. Make a reservation for the 1.5 hour electric golf cart tour. Justin was our driver/guide and the knowledge he had of every flower, tree, plant was unbelievable.

Amazing garden! We took my mom for her birthday to tour this garden and she was overwhelmed, delighted, and we all fell in love with this private residence. So well laid out with so many evergreens and rare conifers! Our guide, Hanna, met us at the parking lot, answered our questions and she was an excellent, informed greeter. Make your reservations before you arrive. We definitely will be back and bring our friends! Thank you!!

A hidden gem right outside of downtown Boone. 26 incredible acres of well thought out garden space. This is a privately owned garden so reservations are required since parking is limited. You can request a guided tour on a golf cart or you can choose to walk around at your leisure. This has quickly become one of my favorite places in the high country! Plus all of their plants have tags on them with their scientific names! A great learning opportunity!

Such a beautiful garden, and I've been to many. A perfect walking garden, and I've never seen so many small and large firs, spruce, conifers. I'm a fern girl; lots of those too. And many unusual flowers. I highly recommend.

Beautiful! It was 29 acres of gorgeous landscaping. Only open for a few hours every Friday but was so worth it. You do need a reservation to attend but admission is free

Arborcrest Garden is truly a hidden gem in Boone! It is hard to believe you are practically in downtown Boone! We took the guided riding tour. It was wonderful! Our driver, Josh, was so friendly and knowledgeable of the history and plants in the garden. Arborcrest was a highlight of our trip. We hope to visit again!

Arborcrest is the crown jewel of Boone! Gorgeous and impressive on many levels.Josh gave us a tour in a open 12+ passenger electric group "golf cart" and his knowledge and enthusiasm was amazing. It is a must see in Boone.
