This is a fun filled craft store with lots of variety! Things for the kids and fabric for anything you can think of, and crafts for adults too. The decor is so nice too, love the seasonal items for each holiday. Just tons to see and choose from. Worth the drive.

Due to staffing, the hours are very limited. In addition, they were closed two days in a row during their posted hours due to a "system error." I went today, and they were cash only, with no internet to run cards, take phone calls, or receive or pick orders. It was a mess.

Recently I’ve experienced poor customer service at this Joann’s location. I’ve always had my fabric cut here but the last few time I’ve been told they can’t cut fabric for me because it’s their new policy. You’d think that a FABRIC store would be able to do a simple task like that? Very very poor customer service. Hoping things change..this use to be a wonderful location.

The store is bigger than some Joanns so they sometimes have more stuff in stock, which is nice. They have display baskets and extra stock boxes in the way in multiple aisles, though. It’s tight enough when you have a cart and is tricky to maneuver. One time when I went, I had a hip fracture and was riding one of their electric scooters rather than hop on my crutches, and I couldn’t fit down a bunch of aisles. It’s odd that they don’t even plan for fitting their own mobility scooters. They also close at 6pm, while every other Joanns in the area is open until 9pm. My pickup order was also missing an item and now I forfeit the coupon I had used for that item.

This is the second tile I’ve gone in asking if the price match their app. Both times they have told me no. But the website literally says they do. It doesn’t make sense that y’all won’t give me the same price on the app, but then I can schedule a curb side pick up and get the sale.

I bought an expensive Rowenta iron that I had to pick at the front desk - they did not have the iron on display in the store. When I got home I picked it up out of the box and realized it was way too BIG and HEAVY and put it back in the box. I went back and to exchange get for a different size and she said they cannot take it baexchange ce for someand the clerk said she could not exchange it since I had opened the box. I and

We lost a purse inside the store, called back 20 minutes later because we live a half an hour away. The lady on the end of the line just brushed me and my sister's calls off, but when my mom called she lied about what she had said to us. She said the employees were doing all they could to find it when she told us they would keep an eye out for it but couldn't leave their stations. We gave an in detail description of where we thought the purse was left. They said they checked and no one found the purse. We got back in the car and drove their in hopes of finding the purse, we walked to the isle where we had left it and it was sitting right where we said it would be. When my mom called to file a complaint about the poor customer service the lady wouldn't give her full name and would not let my mom talk to a supervisor. Such an inconvenience when they could've gone to where we Said it was and saved all the annoyance and gas. Really loved the fabric though.

Perfectly clean and we'll kept store. VERY nice employees. Could not suggest more that someone should come here for craft supplies and whatever needs they can fill. They're always having awesome deals.
