Absolutely outstanding. Called 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday. Asked them if I could be there in 10 minutes, would they be able to help me today. They were kind enough to say yes. I respected their time and got there immediately. They not only helped me, but the two other cars that pulled in before and after me. That's service. I will happily recommend Ramona Smog Station and will return. They've now handled both of our cars in the last few weeks, and my wife had the same experience. She was treated with dignity and respect. You have my appreciation.

Turns out I didn't actually need a smog done. I'm not from here originally, so i didn't know how it all worked, but they made sure to check my paperwork, and I didn't need the smog until next year. I'm positive most places would have just taken my money because I said I needed it done, but they were very honest folks. They were very kind and explained how the whole smog works without being condescending. Will definitely be going there next year when I need my smog done!
