A year ago I had a new floor installed in my kitchen and wrap-around foyer by a random "handyman" who quoted me a good price and assured me he could handle the job. It was a disaster..iInstalled incorrectly and in a shoddy manner. My old 20-year-old floor looked better. I had Chris Moore come take a look at it and give me an estimate on a redo by one of his excellent installers. We had a trip planned and scheduled the floor to be done while we were gone. We had used Moore Innovations in the past for many paint and flooring needs and had always been impressed with their workmanship and integrity. This job was no exception. I wanted to take and minute and give Chris, his staff, and Troy the proper credit. A while back we purchased and had Moore Innovations install laminate flooring at our home. Had a minor issue and Moore Innovations was good enough to come out and fix it for us under warranty. Great company who sells great products! I had stumbled on this store last year when I was trying to find BM Advance satin for my cabinets. They only had one in stock and because of the pandemic were unsure when they would be in stock again. (Everyone was out)The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable about their products, how to prep cabinets, and helpful with colors. I really can’t express just how helpful they were. A couple of days ago I get a call from Jamie to tell me that they had a shipment of the paint I was needing. Although the one can was enough and I didn’t need any more. I was just so impressed that she had taken all my info down from that visit a year ago and followed up with me. Top notch service!

Recently, we completed our basement and had Moore Innovations complete the flooring and window treatments. Chris, the owner, and all other staff were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the process SO smooth, stress-free and enjoyable. He even helped me pick paint colors and provided a painter recommendation who did a fantastic job, as well. I believe their prices are more affordable and the service truly could not get any better!
