National Pawn’s customer service is exceptional. They are a family owned business and truly care about their customers. They even donate musical instruments to local schools! Cindy helped me as I was deciding on the camera I liked. She was accommodating and very knowledgeable. The camera I ended up choosing was priced at more than 50% off of what it’s selling for on amazon and I was given a memory stick to go along with it. They are very competitive with their prices! The store is super clean and well organized. They have a good selection of appliances, garden tools, household tools, camping equipment, DVDs and blue rays, video games/game systems, electronics of all kinds, as well as high end and costume jewelry. They even had light sabers for all the Star Wars fans! ;-) I highly recommend them!

Location Location Location THIS PLACE HAS THE WORST LOCATION!!! It Is VERY Difficult to get here and I honestly don’t understand why this was set up this way it makes absolutely no sense…. But besides the location… this is by far the Best pawn shop you can go to in Gastonia. They greet you the moment you walk in with a smile. Perhaps the ladies in there could be a little less helpful with standing there after you say you’re just looking lol but I guess I respect the effort because the other pawn shops some of them won’t even greet or check and see if you need anything. They have an excellent set up, clean store, everything is nice neat and organized. The electronics section is by far my favorite I’ve seen out of any pawn shop in Gastonia, it’s honestly the best when it comes to variety and everything looks like it’s new or gently used. I can not say enough how much I love how organized their entire store is. The staff looks clean the manager looks like he runs a tight ship. I can honestly say …. I HIGHLY recommend this pawn shop over any other one in Gastonia. Keep up the great work and we hopefully can work on that location 😂. Y’all get a pass because everything else is good.

Went into the shop needing a little assistance financially, not only did I get great customer service from Ava at the door (the rep saw me coming in with boxes and held the door. From the time I walked in until the time I left, I experienced excellent customer service! Both Stacy and Roberta helped me and were super nice. I had some scrap gold I wanted to sell and got a fair price. I left with two beautiful jewelry pieces, a bracelet and necklace, that I fell in love with! I recommend this spot. The new management has really turned this place around. 10 out of 10.

First place I could find out of several that accepts gaming monitors. I worked with Ava who is able to assist me and get me out in about 10-15 minutes. Great attitude and answered all my questions. Will be back again!

Tried to bribe me with store credit for a 5 star review. Very strange, asking for praise for doing the basic function of your job. Tried to tell them I’d do it later but they were incredibly pushy and made me uncomfortable. I’m almost afraid to buy stuff there just because I don’t want them to hassle me about it again. It was just weird
