Storage at J. Pace and Sons was convenient, quick and easy. Highly recommend. We dropped off two bags after a cruise to lighten our load for a quick trip up to Maine for several days before eventually flying home from Boston. Luggage was returned safe and sound upon presenting our claim check. Bounce app super easy to use for pre-paid reservation.

Great experience dropping off our luggage. Safe and secure. The guys that were working were warm and welcoming. We bought an awesome sandwich when we picked our luggage and ate it at the airport.

Small Space, fits up to I would say 20 luggage at MOST. I placed my 2 carry on luggage in at 8am, the staff were well informed on the check in process. When I picked up at 1pm after exploring downtown a church group had dropped over over 60 luggage stacked to the ceiling. I had to personally dig through the piles of suitcases to reach mine. Then I put everything back.

Easy drop off and pick up! Was glad to find such a place rather than drag many suitcases around Boston. Was convenient to Northeastern where our son is so made it easy to hook up with him without "baggage" (pun intended ;-)

I was certain this was going to be a disaster but was in a serious bind and needed to leave a suitcase for my husband because our flights got changed due to a death in the family. Instead, this became my saving grace and went so smoothly its hard to believe. I am really impressed by Bounce and look forward to using them again.

The guys at the store were so nice to me. My luggage was in perfect state at the end of the day. So happy with the service.

The storage facility was a UPS store, we were 1.5 hrs early than our booking, but we paid for whole day. Location person very accommodating . Worth using Bounce for the 5.5 hrs, service was Great ! !
