Will, Jose & Eric were absolutely Fabulous! The guys were very professional and took care when unloading and setting up my hot tub. I think they were a great team that they knew each other’s job and who was going to do what. While Juan was setting up the top, the others were either cleaning up, or setting up the steps and putting the straps on to the hot tub. I really can’t say enough about the customer service that they provided me make sure I fully understood everything and asked if I had any other questions! Thank them again for me and cannot wait to enjoy my new hot tub.

Adam was great! We arrived 15 minutes before closing …. he was very helpful in assisting us to make “the best decision for us” . He was extremely knowledgeable and honest about each model, the plusses and minuses of each until we made our decision. He was very quick to run the numbers as far as financing options, down payment, etc. He.stayed an hour and a half beyond closing to help us. Thanks Adam!

Jason is very knowledgeable about all brands of hot tubs and I believe he truly has the customer's needs in the forefront when making his recommendation. Gage came out and gave us some excellent advice on how to place our hot tub when we decide to order one. David came to my house today to start my monthly hot tub maintenance. He was awesome and great at explaining everything to me. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to come out!

An overall mess of an experience from start to finish! We ordered a hot tub spa which required an electrical hook-up to the other side of our house. The sub contractor thru FOL was horrible as they never communicated directly with him, he didn't even know what he was installing...we had to tell him. (That's a entirely different story for another day). Nonetheless the Fun Outdoor Living crew damaged a panel while installing creating a hole, in which we're still waiting on the replacement (its now been 3+ months). We were promised that after digging the trench to bury the electrical lines, we would get seeding and straw to cover the huge dirt trail that went through out entire backyard. After it was dug, they bait and switched saying that wasn't a part of the project and that we could do it at our own expense. They also said the install would be done in a few days and promised that we should have no issues since we had a party of 40+ ppl the following weekend. You guessed it, the job was still in progress with a huge trench in our backyard days before. We had to call the sub contractor, our salesman from Fun Outdoor Living, our finance company and the director of FOL to even get this situated as it was horrible communication between parties and very unprofessional. Overall, would not recommend at all. We honestly wish we would not have purchased the spa and Covana cover for all the trouble we went through. We had our entire backyard redesigned with hardscaping and concrete put it this past summer. We used multiple contractors and had delightful experiences but when it came to what we though would be simple delivery and installation of the hot tub by Fun Outdoor Living, things went south! Suggest finding another company with better accountability and communication with their employees/contractors.
