I rarely write Google reviews but I just have to let them know how much I appreciate their helpfulness. I had been shopping around and sales people were talking down to me, I'm guessing because I'm a woman. Infuriated me. Someone referred them to me and it was an amazing experience. They treated me with respect, answered my questions and didn't make me feel stupid. They recommended one that would be Perfect for my yard and didn't try to upsell me. Wonderful experience!!!

Nice and friendly. I went with a friend who bought a Bob Cat XRZ 61 zero turn. Had a special going on with free delivery, free set up and free tank of gas. He financed there with 0% financing for 48 months. They were thorough.

Very poor customer service. After purchasing a lawnmower from this facility, I was promised a date of delivery that was not kept. Then for the first oil change, the owner made another promise of pickup date that was not kept. Upon the delivery of returning the lawnmower the wife of the owner verbally attacks me because i had the audacity to expect them to keep their promise. Wishing I had never done business with them to begin with.
