PJs has been a great first renting experience! The apartments are super nice and very well kept and all appliances are brand new and function properly. Landlords regularly inspect smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, etc, and have plenty of surveillance cameras so I feel safe at all times. Landlords are very friendly and helpful, I feel comfortable going to them with any problem that I have. Would highly recommend renting through PJs Campus apartments!

PJs campus apartments has been the best first renting experience! Ed and his team were very nice and welcoming towards me when I was first looking for an apartment. PJs is one of the best renters to have in Winona. Ed is very careful about going over the lease and making sure that you understand the whole thing. The apartments are very nice and well kept. I would highly recommend renting through PJs campus apartments!

Pjs is amazing!! I love how Ed took the time to go over the lease and made sure we'll all fully understood what we were getting ourselves into! He is always there and willing to help if things in the apartment aren't going as they should! I appreciate him and the group and all they do so much! If you are looking for affordable, clean, newly renovated, and amazing landlords in Winona PJ campus apartments is the way to go!

I have been a tenant at PJs for the past 2 years and have no regrets to resigning the lease each year. There are so many advantages that come with living here: it is just a 2 minute walk to campus, all appliances in my apartment are always working properly, landlord communicates efficiently and gets back to you very quickly on any questions/concerns, etc.

PJ’s Campus Apartments was AMAZING for my first rental experience. The landlord is extremely helpful, communicative and responsive. The apartments are NEWLY renovated and are truly amazing. New appliances, carpets, furniture. Such an amazing rental experience as a sophomore in college who is very new to the renting process!!

I just recently started renting from PJ’s! But let me tell you how amazing the communication has been. I’ve had many questions, I would email/text them. Within an hour or two I would be receiving a throughly explained answer! Super helpful and friendly group of people. I’m excited to continue my lease with them! :)

The landlord is very responsive and helpful when needed and is good at communicating when any maintenance is being done. The apartment is newly renovated and very nice. I would highly recommend him and these apartments to anyone looking for a new place!
