This spring will mark two years that I’ve been coming to the Jeff location regularly, and I couldn’t recommend it enough. Even when I lived in Louisville I continued coming to this location because I love everyone there so much and didn’t want to leave them! Front desk is always super friendly, and my wax specialist Rylee is the best. Very professional and knows exactly what she’s doing, and she’s also really sweet and funny, and easy to talk to. The hours make it easy to squeeze in an appointment any time you need, and they make rescheduling very easy as well. The place is also very clean and well kept. Overall 10/10 in my book :)

I’ve been getting waxed for most of this year and have really enjoyed it. My schedule changed and my original wax specialist was no longer available. I decided to try a new specialist and was scheduled with Jackie. She was amazing! Honestly, it was my best wax so yet and she was super friendly the entire time. Made me feel completely comfortable and even talked to me about some products that would help. She completely wrote instructions for me so I didn’t forget. She totally went above and beyond! I’m so looking forward to my next wax with her😁

Jackie is the absolute best!! After two waxes she feels like a great friend already, that’s how comfortable she makes you! I’m obsessed! She is fun, thorough, and professional. Everyone here is always so kind!

Jackie was so nice and did a heat job on my brows! She was very thorough with everything and made sure to ask me about anything before she cut or waxed any part! They look so good and I’m super pleased w my experience. I will definitely be back!

Rylee was amazing!!! I have pretty finicky skin and hair growth patterns and she did amazing! She was extremely thorough, which was amazing! She made me feel comfortable, and was knowledgeable when it came to the products I needed without being pushy at all!

Sydney is truly the best. She gets it all. Lol She’s very personable and makes you not as nervous or embarrassed. The facility is super clean and always has a relaxing scent in the air. Best place I’ve been to thus far.
