Mark and Mary from Palace Aids are the BEST!!! We purchased our stove over 8 years ago from them and have never once regretted our choice! It has been the most pleasurable experience from purchase, installation (tricky) and now follow up care and maintenance of our stove. They are always ready to give some guidance on how to navigate maintenance on our stove and order what we need. I definitely recommend them over the internet or someone out of town as they are always there for you when you need them!! Great people, great business! Keep up the fabulous work! I bought a pellet stove from Palace Aids about 6 years ago and over this time period had a couple service calls. Both Mary and Mark have been wonderful to deal with. They are always helpful and Mark is quick to respond if there are any problems where he has to make a house call. I recommend Palace Aids and would buy from them again without any reservations! Love this company!!! My house came with a wood stove when I purchased it. Over the past two years I began to have problems with the stove. I really thought it was time to replace it. I called Palace Aids thinking I might need to buy a new one and to give one last try to fix mine. I spoke to Mark who was absolutely wonderful. They are wonderful and honest. He really could have told me the stove was gone but said mine had more life. He fixed my stove and it is better than new. I need to call again after a power outage and my area, and again service was beyond exception! The prices are excellent, they are honest and seem to love what they do. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Mark was quite helpful with his list of suggestions on how to solve the problem. We were so grateful for Mark's expertise to get the stove through the heating season. Palace Aids is a GREAT place to do business with. They are a small business, with highly knowledgeable and attentive staff. They return calls promptly (for service or questions) and are VERY customer oriented. I had them come out to clean/service my pellet stove, and he was far more informative about the use, cleaning and optimizing of my pellet stove that was the business I originally bought it from. (I found him from the stove manufacturer's website as a certified dealer). I wish I had originally bought from Palace Aids. These folks are honest and straight-forward -- no games. They want to earn your business by doing what's best for YOU, so that you will be a returning customer. They value your business very highly, and it shows. I will definitely continue to use them and recommend them.

We've had the pleasure of working with Mark Bearns and Palace Aids over the past few months. We bought our Quadrafire pellet stove from Palace Aids and Mark was a huge help throughout the entire process. From picking the right stove to getting it installed. He even helped us pull the permit for the install of the stove and personally drove it to our home. We will continue to do business with them in the future. Overall excellent costumer service!

First, I love my Pellet Stove. From day one Mary and Mark were helpful in making sure I purchased the correct stove for not only my tastes, but my needs. They were very patient, super responsive, and helped allay any concerns I had. I had some concerns (new to a pellet stove) and Mark came over and reassured me all was ok. He took his time and listened to all my items and taught me so much!!! 😊 So refreshing to deal with real, honest, kind people. Good old fashioned service. Believe the hype!! We were referred here from my father in law who had his wood stove installed decades ago from Bob. We could not have been happier with everything!
