I love these classes. There is something for all levels. Reggae relaxation for winding down, dancing for those who just like to dance, and and fit classes that are a little more work, but worth it. I love the music and the members. It is clean, Kittwani is positive and upbeat, so it makes it hard to quit.

This is a great place to get in shape, share with a great community and meet new people. The people taking the classes and the instructors leading the classes are all amazing. I can’t rant and rave enough about how great all of the classes are here. I love when a workout feels so fun that you don’t notice how hard you are working. I would recommend Kittness to any friend, family member, co-worker or stranger in the street. I look forward to each class! Amazing

I loved the energy in this studio! The music was 💯 and so was the instruction. Easy-to-follow steps, so anyone can come & be comfortable learning the movements. The Afro-Caribbean dance class is the best class I've found in the Peachtree Corners area. Thanks for the confidence boost Kittness! I needed to remember that dance brings joy like nothing else. And because of this studio, I remember 🧡

I love this place! I discovered it in 2018 shortly after it opened. My favorite is the Afro/Caribbean dance fitness class. It's a complete workout while allowing my mind to let go of the stresses of the day. I always walk out of there feeling renewed and revived. Thank you, Kittwani - you rock!!!

My favorite dance studio. A friend of mine invited me to a class one Saturday and every since my exposure I participate in the dance classes or pop up sessions when Im available. The energy is great and inviting. Since my initial visit I have extended invitations to my friends. It's such a fun workout.

My 1st class.@ Kittness dance studio I had to take Aleve later that day because I was in pain. I Felt every muscle in my body was working. I really enjoyed my Soca dance aerobic experience. If you looking for an intimate place that’s fun to workout this it.

I was referred and I decided to try this studio out to begin my body wellness journey. I signed up for soca fitness. I thought I would not survive and bow out before the class ended. But I did!. I sweated and had fun while working out. The class was fun and Kitt made it personal while pushing us. After that class, I booked my membership later that week. She comes highly recommended and I will be referring my clients to her studio as a supplement their treatments

What I like about Kittness is that it has a lineup of fierce and amazing instructors! You are guaranteed a challenging, fun and funky workout every time you take a class there.
