I'm so grateful that we have a wonderful tech team like PC Touchup here locally. I was in a real bind when my laptop crashed, and they resolved the matter for me quickly and efficiently - replacing my hard drive and recovering all my data. I will definitely utilize their services again in the future!

PC Touchup is a great service to our community. I have used them several times for various repairs and they are always honest, fast and fairly priced. My most recent experience involved me needing 2-3 anti-static bags not 20-30 off of Amazon. I asked if they had any to spare and they said sure and set some aside for me. No charge, just great customer service. Highly recommended.

The folks over at PC touch up were awesome! I've gone to them a couple times now and every time they've been extremely helpful, pleasant, and very transparent about repair costs and what may be needed to fix the computer. Would not hesitate to go back here again, and most likely will at some point when something else I can't take care of comes up!

My very old PC has been failing for a while but right after Christmas it failed completely. I called this shop. They said they would be happy to assist. I brought the system to the shop. The next morning they gave me a written estimate of repairs. I gave them a go ahead. The system was completely fixed - new hardware and software by New Year's Eve. System is home and works very well. The final repair cost was less than the estimate.
