What a great day to hang out! The train is still running after 148 years and the historic village is a joyful hang out! Blacksmith making lanterns and some custom pieces is you want, the carpenters shop, general store and bakery were great. They were struggking through covid and lost a lot of tourism, but they were thankfully helped by generous sponsors. I would absolutely recommend going for the hiking trails, picnic areas, nature center and the wide variety of events they host through the summer. We got to the historic baseball game. Thank you and we will be back soon!!

Beautiful historic park! Nice small bridges gorgeous paths for biking or walking your dog. Historic town with old Locomotive. Plenty of parking and nice fields. Facilities can use a redo. All in all 5 stars.

Arthur Brisbane was a great man and his legacy was fantastic. So disappointing that the State didn't live up to his example. I liked all the historical aspects of the Allaire Village. The volunteers were fantastic.

I arrived late as a worker was on her way out. This lady took her time not only check me in but handed me maps and gave me directions to a few places.

A good camping ground, well kept, nice clean bathroom/bathhouse. Unintrusive but helpful park rangers. Also pretty cool cabins.
