    My experience working with Rob and Habib Health and Fitness personal training has been excellent! Rob makes me feel comfortable and confident and explains the reasoning behind everything we're doing. He's able to adapt and make any modifications necessary to my training based off of my previous history and goals. Would recommend him as a personal trainer to anyone! He's been a great help in reaching my goals and getting healthier and stronger!

    Rob is easily the best trainer I've ever had. He starts off by getting a full description of your needs, capabilities, and expectations, and then he designs your sessions around those factors. He's very attentive to your physical health and regularly checks in regarding recent injuries (like a pulled muscle) or known problem areas (like bad knees). The sessions are difficult but not impossible. Rob regularly asks about how the exercises feel and encourages pushing your limits little by little. He's also fun and engaging and spends the session chatting and making jokes. The overall environment is extremely welcoming and comfortable. I've been training with Rob for almost 5 months now and I feel better than ever. I'm meeting my fitness goals (and then some) and I'm excited to continue to improve with Rob's help.

    Rob is an amazing and skillful trainer. He has a gift to push you to your potential with gentle patience and encouragement. He has an astounding skill to help you develop the confidence you need to achieve your goals. I was advised by my doctor to seek someone, who has knowledge in sports injuries, this led me to be fortunate to find Rob. I needed a trainer who could develop my program around a chronic injury, thats exactly what Rob achieved. Rob provided a personal one on one partnership, with a genuine passion and commitment for me to achieve my goals in a safe manner. Trusting your trainer to allow him/her to push you to your full potential is the key to success. Rob had the ability to identify and understand my strengths, as well as my weaknesses. He exploited my strengths, and found successful alternate ways to work around my weaknesses. This made him invaluable as a trainer, educator and coach. Without hesitation, I would recommend partnering with Rob to reach your beginners or advanced training goals.

    Ive dealt with lots of trainers before, and Rob is the most high quality one without.a doubt. He is the only trainer that has allowed me to meet my goals and exceed my own expectations of myself without taking a toll on my body. He respects how you feel and encourages you in all the ways a trainer should. If you are debating whether to start training with him, stop thinking and get started.

    Not having much experience in working out I was a bit apprehensive, but working out with Rob, I have developed a liking into working out. Rob is extremely punctual, always has the equipment set up, and has an exercise routine planned ahead of time. Rob keeps me motivated and challenges me with workout techniques that are new to me. He consistently measures my progress level and enhances it to make the next goal achievable. After two months of training, I am pleased with my progress and am sure that with continuous training I will be in the best shape I have ever been.

    I found Rob in my off season of basketball and needed help keeping up with my conditioning and strength training. Did exactly that, and nothing less. He does not sugar coat or try and be fancy with over the top workouts, just straight to the point. Honestly the most versatile PT around.

    Rob at Habib Health and Fitness was the element missing that I didn't know I needed in my life. As a middle-aged man brand new to weightlifting, I knew I needed to start slow and gain a knowledge base first. That's Rob strategy for all of his coaching. The smarter you are about what you're doing, you can take that knowledge for the rest of your life. He's a teacher / coach for sure. For example, he was able to see I was overthinking my strength form, and the way I was lifting the weights. He was able to break the moves down for me in the most practical sense, and after only four in-person sessions and a few solo trips to the gym using his personalized workout, I ALREADY look and feel better. Not only is Rob coaching me on how to get the body I want, but he's also stressing the importance of balance in my body and mind. My favorite instance was when one of the first things he asked me was, "How's your sleeping?" And, like most of us out there, not much. But Rob was very adamant about the need for rest of all kinds with his program. So, he gave me advice on sleeping better and stressed the science of the benefits of resting between heavy workout sets. He even gave recommendations on the supplements needed for my particular look I was going for. (they do not break the bank) He gave me easy, practical math when counting calories and macro nutrition. I personally am going for lean muscle, swimmer look. And he knew exactly what I was talking about and introduced me to the routines that would train those muscles hard. I can see why he has 50 + Five-Star Reviews. He's legit.
