I am not a tenant but my husband works as a leasing consultant there. These apartments are beautiful and have so many amazing amenities. There is a huge pool and hot tub, dog washing room, fitness center, clubhouse, etc. Internet is also included in the rent price. All the staff are so amazing and do their best to address any issues as quickly as possible. They are all friendly and love talking to the tenants. My husband has absolutely loved working for this company. They definitely take care of their employees and provide so many awesome benefits for working there.

The property is super nice. The employees actually care and are very friendly to everyone. The pool during the summer is great and actually feels heated. The apartments themselves are super nice with big kitchens and lots of storage, including a pantry.

I love living here. I love that everyone loves my dog. Dog friendly is so important to me as a dog mom. Everyone in the office and in maintenance are so friendly and responsive when I have a need.

I really like this place… and want to give it 5 stars, but I can hear literally anything that happens above me or below me — I can hear it all if you know what I’m saying. It’s almost like staying in a hotel because of how much you can hear from your neighbors lol. That is the only reason I’m giving this place a 3/5 star review. Besides that, the office staff are great and the amenities are nice, plus a good location. Just keep in mind if you are looking to lease an apartment here — I would suggest a 3rd floor unit.

My mind is blown with how easily this complex has made it to join their neighborhood. The application process was not only very thorough but very easy to go through, and the up-front fees are simply amazing considering the exorbitant fees other complexes charge. The value for the money is far beyond expectations with the most amenities I have ever seen, such as them covering the cost for water/sewage/trash AND providing internet for their residents. The elimination of these fees made the rent on par with other (nasty) apartments located in the area that charge lower rents but tack on completely unreasonable fees which make their rents almost as much as this complex for far lower value. I have never seen an apartment complex so well managed, so beautiful, and so caring for their residents. I don't know how long I will personally need an apartment, but however long it will be, it will be here. Thank you so much Northgate, you are unbelievably awesome!

The personal was awesome!! They walked my mom that is 85 years old through the paper work and all that was included. My mama LOVES her apartment! ❤️

Such an amazing facility! The amenities are great and nice to have. Sarah W. is amazing and will answer any questions you have and help you in anyway. The apartments are so big and spacious and have such a great modern look! The pool & spa are definitely one of the best things!

Hands down best apartment complex in the Pocatello/Chubbuck area! The management staff is kind and helpful. The amenities in the apartment are absolutely amazing!!
